Mister Sweeper Vacuums

My mother in law purchased a vac from here. It didn’t work for her needs. When she tried to return it the owner wasn’t able to offer her something that she wanted, and would only give store credit! She’s now out a lot of money. If you want fair treatment from someone who does business the right way, don’t shop here!

A family member purchased a vacuum from this business, and it was unsuitable /did not work for the purpose it was purchase - basically it wouldn’t vacuum pet hair.

Mister Sweeper refused to refund the purchase price to the credit card that was used, instead offering an in store credit. However this family member had already purchased a vacuum elsewhere, after this negative experience and has no use for the in store credit
