I got a recliner from sharda

And when I was told I’d be able to pick up the next day, she called me telling me I needed to wait another 3 days, and I said no, you told me today, she asked me to pick up the next day instead or put down a deposit of basically the whole chair plus taxes

So then I went into store to pick up and she tried to ask me for the deposit again, but her big boss just got me to sign that I received my chair and got to pick it up that day, do not buy anything from Sharda or she will try to scam you

Very well served and Paul was great. Will be back for future purchases and will also spread our experience at MJM Furniture.

Although we did not eventually purchase here, but I’d like to take a moment to appreciate Manish for his excellent customer care and service. He helped us by all means to explore the options not only available at their store but also over the market. Despite of some other stores at United Blvd they at MJM left us free to browse and ask questions if any. Manish offered us a refundable deposit to hold a set for us so we could explore other stores and make a good decision. I absolutely recommend this store specifically Mr Manish.

7 years ago, we bought a set of dining table and chairs from here. The chairs have lasted this long before we have to make a change. We have been impressed with the furniture quality! The great experience we had led us to come back again and bought another set of dining chairs. Sharda was very helpful and passionate! Another great shopping experience this time!

MJM is the most well-balanced furniture store selling good quality furniture at reasonable prices. The salespersons are great, not being pushy, giving space and really trying to help clients. Manish was great and very helpful in assisting me buying a couch. I was able to find one I really liked and got a very good deal on it. I was also able to customize it (length, fabric, softness, cushion fabric) and it should be delivered in a relatively short period of time. Great experience!

Monish has been sooo helpful and so patient! He also helped us get amazing prices for our couch and coffee table! The entire staff there is actually so amazing and so nice and so kind. I brought my kids in there and they were super patient with them. Great customer service! I didn’t feel the pressure to have to buy either. I had to exchange my couch for a smaller one and Monish helped me with that no problem and didn’t make me feel like I was bothering him - which is great customer service! I hate feeling pressured or locked into something and or like I’m a burden when asking for help. I would recommend my friends and family to Monish at MJM coquitlam for sure! Wow is all I can say. We went looking for a king sized bed to fit our tiny room. Getting a hardwood in white was supper important to keep the feel of the room open. We went into every store on United Boulevard in Coquitlam looking for something solid and timeless. We visited MJM 4 times in a couple of days, once with the kiddos that really help you make key decisions as they bounce from bed to bed, and a couple of more times with my husband. The service we received from Leroy was above board! He was understanding of our needs and helpful without being pushy. He was able to get us the customizations needed at a reasonable cost. On the last day, we showed up 30 min before closing to take a second look at a couple of options. He stayed with us 45 min after closing along with Shanda helping us finalize the choices and customizations. Once I realized the time I apologized for staying so late. The way they treated us we thought they were the owners! These two are absolutely amazing!

Looked at a lot of sofas from different furniture stores and was glad to have stumbled upon MJM Furniture. Leroy was helpful in the purchasing process, providing information, gave space to think through decisions, and was very personnable. Loved the ability to custom select our fabric and throw pillows. The manufacture/delivery time took 7 weeks as promised, and turned out great as expected - for Canadian made product, I felt it was reasonably priced. Overall, had an excellent experience and would recommend MJM if you want good quality furniture made locally!

I was very pleased with my experience at MJM store. They have lot of variety in leather sofas. We were looking specifically for a leather sofa as we have a toddler and all the other stores had lot of fabric sofas available with a custom made for leather available with a wait time of 3-6 months.
Special mention of Sharda. She understood our requirement quickly and was very quick in answering all our queries. Really appreciate her service that helped us make a decision quickly.

Kuldeep was extremely helpful, informative, and friendly. Unfortunately, the couch I ordered was too big, and couldn't get through into my living room. However, they let me exchange without additional charge for a smaller version.

I don't even have my couch yet, but what they've done for me already so far I've never seen anywhere else. Highly recommend the store.
