Amidst a global shortage, they were able to get me the exact couch I wanted delivered to my home in less than a month and at an amazing price. The delivery guys setup the couch and took all the packaging away and everything.

My husband and I overall had a great experience shopping furniture at MJM. Mr. Amrish Grover was able to walk us through the different options they had (We were looking for a bed and a couch). Decent product but horrible after purchase service!

We purchased a recliner sofa set from MJM. At the time of the purchase we also purchased 5 year extended warranty from MJM.

And when we needed to use the warranty, MJM said talk to manufacture directly. They said once you purchase something, it is between you and the manufacturer.

So go to MJM, if you are okay with worthless warranty or are okay with dealing with manufacturers directly, including shipping to and from manufacturers.

Amazing service by Satnam Singh! We had an amazing experience at MJM! The sales man Satnam helped us find a beautiful sectional for our home. He was very friendly and extremely knowledgeable regarding the products, made us feel very comfortable making our purchase.

Went to MJM after already looking at several other stores and I was immediately met by the lovely and helpful Josie. She was accommodating without being pushy in the slightest. I was hoping to get a loveseat within a set budget and she found me the perfect one and was able to give me some discounts to help me out. Update: Although we gave them five stars at first but after four months we realize that the salesperson influenced us by saying that Serta masterpiece is the best sellng mattress and this is the last piece. Me and my husband are suffering from back pain after buying $1600 mattress. We are continuingly seeing physio and chiro. They all suggested to CHANGE OUR MATTRESS. I would say please DON'T fall into the tricks of there salesmen to make package. I'll still leave my previous review here as well.

Great furniture store! We bought almost all of our furniture from them. Their sales associate Satnam was very helpful and he guided us well throughout the whole process. He was very accomodating and store has wide variety of products. After making big purchase we decided to make slight change in the order and Satnam on the following day also helped us really well and everything went smoothly.

Terrible service! I purchased a bed set in December and was told all items except for the bed frame were in stock and the bed would be delivered first week of Feb.when I didn’t receive it I called the store multiple times to inquire and they just kept saying next week. Not once has anyone from MJM contacted me to say that my order would be delayed. I have had to spend my time calling and when I asked for a manager to call me, my request was ignored.

I understand that Covid has caused delays, but any reputable business that values their customers would inform clients of any issues that were to arise and discuss possible solutions. At this point I have an incomplete set and there is nothing I can do about it.

3 months since I paid for this item and I still don’t have it. Will never purchase anything from this store again

Extremely disappointed on the service.we bought dining table set and paid in full on March 1st and delivery was scheduled on 15th but today is 24th and still we are waiting. We called 5 times since 15th and today the sales person is asking what our delivery address is.despite all the information was given at the time of purchase.
