ML Autoz

ML Autoz will be my go-to repair shop moving forward for my VW. I found Chris to be informative, honest, and friendly. After years of bringing my vehicle into the dealer for servicing I decided to explore other options and ML Autoz was the place. They seem to have a real passion for cars and it shows! Their VW mechanic was also able to find the source of this annoying rattle which has been driving me crazy for over a month. Go check them out!

I've been taking my car to ML Autoz for the last six years. They have been a great help to me in that time considering the age of my vehicle is almost 20 years old. I have taken my car there for suspension fixes, new break pads and realignments, and a window switch fix among other ailments. Matthew and Chris have been able to fix them in a timely and affordable manner. My car is a Mazda, which they are experienced in, so they know that car brand well. I'm sure I would be riding the bus and hoofing it to my workplace and school if it wasn't for their help. They are extremely knowledgeable and courteous. I'll likely be going to them with my car needs until the wheels fall off. Knowing them though, they may have a solution to that too!

I inquired 3 other stores before I found ML Autoz to repair my BMW X3 transfer case issue with multiple lights on because of it. They replaced the gear with a reasonable price and resolved the problem with best solution. Matthew and Christ are professional, friendly and honest. They will be my reliable mechanical expert in the future and refer to my family and friends.

I brought my car in to ML Autoz from the Sunshine coast as finding a decent European mechanic was proving difficult.under recommendation from a friend that lives in the Port Moody area who gets work on his Mercedes Benz amg there. The work that they did was excellent the technician with years of Audi exp explained to me the problem didn't try to hit me with expensive repairs and talked me out of spending dollar's that didn't need to be spent and did a follow up visit at no charge. Over all it was definitely worth the trip to the mainland and ferry ride to deal with a shop and crew with honesty and integrity. Thank you Mathew Lee and all the crew from ML Autoz.

I found Matthew's price to be fair as I had looked around knowing it was a expensive repair and I will be returning in the future due to quality of work and logical approach.

I had my Mercedes and Fiat serviced at ML Autoz for the first time last week. Matthew was friendly and treated me with respect. Its hard to trust a mechanic outside the original dealership as a women driver. I didn't feel intimidated at all and felt Matthew was genuine and honest. The pricing was super reasonable in comparison to a dealership. Will definitely go back again and will be recommending others to give them a try.

I brought my CLK to get a pre- purchase check. They missed many important things needing repaired. Oil leak, roof sensor (roof won't open) and more. Not a good place to get your import checked.

Incredible service! I have been taking my Mercedes to Matthew for years and he always gets my vehicle in quickly when I have a problem. Now that I have teenagers driving it gives me "peace of mind" knowing that my vehicle is in great working condition. I would not hesitate to recommend ML Autoz to anyone!

I went to change break pad for my z4. I’m a young professional who doesn’t really well know about cars. And the moment I walked into the store he judged me and asked me if my parents were rich. I tried to explain why I was there and he started to laugh at me. Which is no way to treat any person.

I just took my BMW to see Matthew for an oil change. The service was fantastic! From the time I got there to the time I left everyone in the shop was friendly and courteous! He took a look over the car while changing the oil and made sure to give me a great run down of what he found and what suggested needing to be replaced, very honest and knowledgeable mechanic!

I would recommend taking your German Engineered cars to him for a check up!

I took my Mini for an engine light check. Matthew is an awesome guy, he is very knowledgeable and polite. He described my car's problem very well, and told me the consequences of solving it. I definitely recommend him-and his team!

I've been to ML Auto twice these last days. I asked Matthew to do safety and mechanic inspections on 2 cars I was planning to buy. Matthew and his staff did a real good inspection and thanks to them I did not buy the first car with transmision issues.
Those guys do good work and you can trust them for a serious and honest inspection for a decent price.
