Shop m+m quite regularly for certain products - quiche, lasagna, canelloni and their Buffalo chicken wings - worth the drive to Penticton from Osoyoos.

Convenient
Desserts are good
Cabbage rolls good
Roasts way too salty
Single meals excellent but on the small side, would probably be good for seniors

Excellent place to buy my frozen food.and the staff are all super friendly.highly recomend thus place.

The worst experience in customer service I have experienced. Woman on till was middle age with shoulder length hair
I loaded my offers and was looking to see what salmon I was suppose to get on sale
Asked her question.curt curt answer
She told me it was not my phone number when once she put it in was go figure correct
Asked her other questions and again annoyed curt answers
We drove from out of town 35 minutes to be treated by someone who was obviously not enjoying her job and took it out on me
Surely left an extremely bad taste in my mouth
If you had a zero she would have got it

The staff are always helpful and very nice; they keep the store very clean and it's organised. I Really depend upon my M&M store.and I really love my breaded Halibut.with a fresh salad.it's the best dinner.

Clean, great service. Masks optional, and they wiped down the basket immediately when I was finished with it.

Absolutely gorgeous after the reno, also the staff are just super nice and friendly!
