I started going to MML about a year ago and have recommended it to all my friends and loved ones! I had issues with retention but we eventually found a method that works for my blonde lashes and lifestyle I can’t recommend Tonya and the girls enough!

Love love love this place! This time I got my eyebrows tinted and waxed and I can't stress enough how happy I am with the results.
Probably the only place I feel comfortable going and would 100% recommend the lash lift + tint service as well

In addition to having the shortest/finest natural lashes, my eyes are also incredibly sensitive (I know, what a fun combination for someone who likes to get lash extensions). Tonya is efficient, yet so precise and gentle I can fall asleep. I highly recommend Tonya!

The owner, Tonya, is absolutely the best lash technician I have ever been to. Her work space is beautiful and clean. The environment is comfortable and relaxing. Her work is precise and always stunning. After years and years of having lash extensions I had yet to find a lash tech who gives me lashes that actually LAST! I’ve never opened my eyes and had exactly what I hoped for until giving My Mink Lashes a try! Not only is her work exactly what I always hoped for BUT her energy and personality are just the sweetest and most genuine you could find. Now I’m obsessed and couldn’t recommend My Mink Lashes enough.

I’ve been seeing Tonya since about January now for lash extensions and I literally recommend her, and her team to anyone who asks me about my lashes. I am constantly getting asked where I go, and getting compliments on how beautiful my lashes are. Tonya and her team always make me feel so welcome, and so at home when I enter their studio. I always walk out feeling so happy and pretty. Tonya is so patient, and gentle with what she does. My lashes never suffer and my sets last. I have also gone to Beck for brow waxing and tinting, and I can not say enough good things about them. Would recommend MML 10000 x’s over and over again.

MML is the best lash place I’ve ever gone to. Everyone is so welcoming and friendly. I get my lashes done by Jett and she’s great with communication and her lash job is the best. She is super understanding with time changes and I find my lash retention is great every single time. I recommend MML to everyone! Including people who have never gotten their lashes done. I get hybrids done by Jett and you should get your lashes done by her too ;) I know MML does other services as well and I’m sure they do a great job.

Eyelash extensions for a fill. I specifically asked for extra attention to the corners of my lids because most techs (not all!) seem to miss them. It hard for me to check because of poor lighting and no magnifying mirror to use with my glasses at salons. THIS WAS THE ABSOLUTELY WORSE CASE OF MISSING LASHES - at least 10 at the outer corners of each eye AND I asked her twice and she said she took extra care! AWFUL and I will NEVER GO BACK.not good work

I absolutely loved my services. I had my eyebrows shaped, waxing and have already booked again with Beck! I felt comfortable and safe in Beck’s hands. The room was clean and they were very professional! Not only personable but knowledgeable. The atmosphere was relaxing and calm, which in my opinion is one of the most important parts of the experience. I can’t wait to go back when I’m in Victoria again for all my pre-wedding waxing. Thanks again for the awesome experience and I highly recommend!

MML is one of the best lash places I have been to. I have had multiple fills and have lost next to none of my real lashes as I have with other places, and the staff here is extremely welcoming and accommodating. Love this place!

I came in today and had a great appointment with Tonya. One of their artists were in a car accident in the morning, however the staff remained positive during my visit. Tonya was professional and explained everything thoroughly. I was nervous and she answered all of my questions, easing the anxiety. All of the staff were also friendly and professional. Overall it was a positive experience and I would return!

Been going to this business for years now! Tonya always treats her clients like family and ensures that she greets them and says hello even if she isn't working with them directly. Maddy is absolutely amazing and seems to really devote effort and time into your lashes! The quality of her work is fantastic. Love these people at MML!

I got a volume set, the extensions fell off a day day later. I texted my lash tech and there was a lack of response following up with no help. They said they couldn’t do anything about it, the quality nor the service reflected the price I paid. They pretty much said it was probably my fault that every single extension fell off a day later even though I don’t use any oily products/makeup or get them wet. Would not recommend to anyone and I’ll pass the message along!

I went to get my brows and lashes tinted at MML for the first time and I will definitely be going back there! I was so happy with the overall experience. Leora was great! I absolutely loved the end result. I have gotten my eyebrows tinted many times and this is definitely the best they have looked and lasted. She was so friendly and really helpful when I asked her for some advice. All in all, super nice and relaxing atmosphere and great staff! I absolutely recommend this place:)

I have been going to MML regularly for almost a year now and I absolutely love it. I am so comfortable there, always greeted with kindness and super friendly vibes. The space is awesome and Beck who does my brows and lash lifts/tints is absolutely wonderful! I can't recommend this place enough!

Lovely experience in the salon that aesthetically fits their design ethic to match their clean professional urban vibe. Their staff is all around lovely but I wanted to highlight my Brow and Lash lady Leora as she does a superb job every time I go to see her. I get a brow shaping and waxing service with lamination and tint; alongside a lash lift and tint process. Never have I gotten more compliments on my brows or lashes. One of the best people in the business in my opinion. Could not recommend enough!

My last visit with Madison was awesome! She was so attentive and did a fabulous job on my lashes. Can't wait to get my next fill.

Niya has been my eyelash tech for a year and a half! She has always been so accommodating and lovely and her lashes are always so beautiful. I’ve been to many eyelash techs in Vic and she’s by far the best!

I was nervous about getting my eyebrows laminated. I did reading and looked at pics but still going from spare eyebrows to seeing my hair there, as is darker was shocking at first
A few days lighted up a d now love it. I reccomend going lighter than your hair colour. Staff was great and we worked to get right tone.

I recently took a facial waxing course with beck, and it couldn’t have gone better! She is absolutely amazing! She was so personable and hands on and just such a nice person to be around. I was honestly nervous going into it but she made it such a good experience! I will definitely be going back for more courses in the future.if you’re thinking of taking a course at MML i definitely recommend doing it!

Nicole is very talented! I had a botched lash job from another establishment and Nicole fixed them right away. My lashes always look amazing and the location is perfect and charming. Very professional staff at MML, I wouldn't go anywhere else in Victoria for my lashes.

Honestly the BEST lash bar I've ever been to. All the ladies are extremely kind and so good at what they do. I've had incredible retention with each appointment. I have been on the hunt and testing out many lash bars and techs but I think I have finally found the ONE! I went to Molly, she's the best and so knowledgeable on everything, she was able to answer all my questions and concerns. Her technique is amazing, she perfectly isolates each one of my lashes, I never have to worry about my natural lashes being stuck together (ouch.) Definitely my new go to spot. The space is so clean and and all the staff are lovely!

The MML team is always professional and welcoming! I have recently completed the facial waxing course and brow lamination. I walked away feeling confident and proud. In the course you will learn everything from hair growth cycles to proper care and sanitation.
