My back camera lens on my iPhone 12 Pro Max was broken and went in for a repair. Unlike an apple specialist who quoted me $700+ for repair, they were able to fix it for $60+ and within an hour. Extremely happy with the service. Will be coming here for any other repairs down the line. Already referring people to come here for repairs.

I had cracked the screen of my iPhone XR badly by dropping it when I was getting out of my car. I was doing some price comparisons of whether or not to just get a new iPhone 12 or to fix the screen. So I called and messaged a few places, and Arsal from MobieWorld responded to my message on Facebook immediately. Very prompt customer service! When I arrived at their store in Coquitlam I was greeted by Aly who was very friendly and professional. He quoted me an hour to fix my screen and offered to text me on my alternate number (my work phone) as soon as he was done. So I went to go grab a coffee and read a book. But he fixed it much faster than that - in 30min! I came back to the store and the screen looked pristine. So pleased with Aly's prompt work, and Arsal's responsiveness. Their store is located on Austin Ave and they have a small parking lot within the plaza. It was easy to find. I will definitely be recommending them to my friends and will be back if I have any other repairs I need done.

This is the best shop for phone repairs! He is customer driven, honest, goes above and beyond and never sells you any parts you don’t need. When I needed something done right away, he helped out on the spot and even said he would stay a little extra time if I dropped off my phone right before close. Amazing, thanks so much!
