Really friendly and professional service. They give great advice and they don't push hard on up-sells like you get from most of the competition. Also they are very fast. So if you are in a rush this place should be your go too.

I changed my oil care service to these guys, and I am definitely happy with the service! I love the idea of being able to wait for your vehicle. There is no need to book work off because they are open Saturdays! 2 stars for that alone.

New owner purchased this place. Sounded like its a multiple location owner from the mainland. There is a woman that works here who likes to talk to (interrogate) customers while also being on the phone. What I got was rude, unpleasant question about my vehicle. I answered her, and she shrugged and went back to her phone call. She seemed pretty stressed out about something. I will go elsewhere, and try again in a few months to see if its changed. I hope it does.

An oil change is pretty much the same anywhere you go. The prices are similar, the service is similar, the lame fees are similar and so on. This place however, has “Brad”. He’s the reason for the five-star review; very personable and professional, he makes the process a good one.

Staff and service were good.
They had the poor kids that work there out back moving drums of oil that weigh 500+ pounds by hand, it's kinda hard to support a business that shows that sort of disregard for employee safety.
With the price their charging for an oil change I'm sure they could find a couple hundred bucks for a drum dolly.

Went there today, September 16,2021, for an oil change. Excellent service. No pressure to purchase other services. The lady in charge was very professional and the staff was very friendly. I really liked how they called out the torque spec when tightening the drain plug and filter. I will return and hope they will keep up with the great service.

Had a major problem with the transmission, oil spewing everywhere. They were so very helpful, offering keep my truck in the shop for the weekend as I was from out of town. Wouldn't take any money!

I had my oil change done in April. It was more expensive than under previous owners but service was good. Today at the end of May I noticed my skid plate was hanging. I went back for their opinion. The young man that served me was very helpful and fixed my problem quickly. The owner gave me some sass and tried deflecting blame (I have definitely not touched the skid plate or driven erratically since the service). This would have been 4 or 5 star review were it not for the unnecessary input by the owner

Awesome place to get oil change & basic maintenance done for your vehicle. All of the people working were extremely friendly, and personable. It has just gone under new ownership, and the new owner is there saying hi and introducing herself, and her son to customers, she was nice, and seems quite excited to have taken the business over All in all I very much enjoyed my experience there, it was very fast, and he checked everything and didnt try to upsell me on extra little things that I really dont need which is a nice change! Excellent service, and I will definitely be a return customer in the future!

Pretty decent want wash. Good pressure and its $1/minute, $2 to start. They could use more soap in the soap cycle, but the soap brush has tons.

Good wash, decent pressure. A little cold and windy at times due to no doors. I believe it was 3 minutes for $2.

Very good equipment here for vacuuming and washing your vehicle. Always clean. Best vacums in town!

Came here today, they didn't try to up sell me. I explained my car burn oil and they made recommendations. Super nice group of guys. Think I'll make this my new stop for oil changes for both vehicles. User to go to midas.but last couple experiences were not great.

When the Car wash started by the machine initially it stopped and have to call the technician to restart it for me

But then after it done a good job.

I was reading the reviews given by other customers just to understand whether my experience matches with other or not.
I get oil change almost every 3 to 4 weeks. I found all the staff members ok there but one whose face expression is always like he is angry. I don't know whether that's the way how he keeps himself all the time or just behave like this with certain set of people, may be on the basis of how they look like. This is just my assumption, I may be wrong too.
But I have always found this guy like this which I don't like as a customer.

Well on my original review i gave them 5 stars.
I had my transmission serviced here. The guy who originally did it was very good and advised me to come back in the morning to re check the level.
I had another guy check the level and have me bring it in to be filled up. Worst mistake ever. He did exactly that! He filled the entire transmission to the point where it was severely overfilled
I was in there for 30 minutes while he wad my car in, asking me to keep going up and down the gears in a hope to bring the level down
He never showed me the level on leaving and said it should be ok now.
My transmission is now leaking everywhere and had to take to to a mobil lube in Abbotsford to correct their huge Fu@k up!
