No complaints, went in, got an oil change and left in a timely manner. Friendly and great experience

Terrible terrible service. Never go there. Pulled in and asked the technician to check all fluid levels. So he goes and opens the coolant top and it starts bubbling and spouting fluid everywhere. Then he tells me to start the car up and thick black smelly smoke starts bellowing thru the bay. They opened up the doors and start complaining about the smell. They then tell me I have a coolant leak and I need my head gasket replaced immediately. They were even on their phones trouble shooting the problem. So they quickly did the oil change and sent me on my way. With a note on my file that I came in with it smoking. Which I clearly did not. So With smelly smoke coming from the exhaust, I drove the car home and then talked to a friend and they told me that the technician should have never opened the coolant while it was hot. That it spilled out while hot and that caused the smoke as it was burning off from under the hood. They didn’t even check my other fluid levels. And when they gave me my receipt they had marked on it that I had ok’d so many things. Which I had not.

So in my opinion, they don’t know what they are doing and tried to blame it on me and not take responsibility. Terrible terrible place.

As always great efficient service, very thorough. I started and continue to go here after I realized I was being ripped off by the dealership. I get synthetic blend oil change for less than a regular change from the dealer. And I get a car wash

Very non professional language.stood there with car for an hour.they broke something of next line car and try to move all the cars into other line anyone speaks they tell him to move or go somewhere else very bad experience very rude people, by the way MR LUBE DOES WITH SAME PRICE BY FREASER HIGWy 15minutes

Service is fast and good staff. But they do not have the offers and discounts as other mobil 1 lube Express offers so little more expensive than the others. Also when I called they gave me a fake quotation for break pads which is not even done at that location and when I visited I got to know the quotation wasn't correct.

Thomas took the time to listen to the concerns and went the extra mile to get me exactly the services I was looking for with a budget as close to what I have as possible. Rare to receive such services these days, 100% recommend this location

It is a nice carwash, instructions on how to drive in and position your vehicle are easy to follow. One thing that got me to put 4 stars was I paid for the most expensive option which got me to 20 bucks and the machine skipped the promised rainx coating and just skipped to the next option. Not a big deal but still.

Last weekend, I came in because my oil filter started leaking. I was overdue for a change, and it's an older car with high mileage due to commuting 100 km a day. I was a bit worried, but the staff were super friendly and reassuring. The wait wasn't too long to get in, and everything went really smoothly. I had a great chat with one of the technicians. Unfortunately, I can't remember his name, but he provided amazing customer service, and we had a few laughs. Thank you for a great experience. See you guys at my next service! (:

I keep returning to Mobil. They've always been the best. No monkey business. No filters I don't need; no pressure and questions about my cars I didn't ask for. 9 minutes this time. Changing oil is simple; they keep it that way. If you need other stuff fixed or changed they can do that. They're good people.

I had never taken my vehicle anywhere, except my dealership, to get an oil change in the past. It was awesome to pull into the bay and have this service done, while I remained in my vehicle. I had a very personable young woman as my mechanic. She informed me of all of my options and explained the differences between each of them. The procedure was completed quickly and I proceeded on with my complimentary car wash. So quick and easy… I would definitely use this service again.

I went there to get my oil change and I never was pushed into other items. Plus I used my coupon for 59.99 and a free car wash. Everyone there was so nice

I went here for an oil change last week and I was extremely disappointed with the service. I wanted to make it known that all I wanted was an oil change and that I didn't want to be up sold on any other items because I have a mechanic that does all my regular maintenance. I believe because I was a girl they tried to upsell me and then got frustrated when I wouldn't budge. I noticed that they didn't top up any of my fluids I went in there with no windshield washer fluid and I came out with the same. I got charge $70 just for an oil change they didn't check my lights they didn't check anything else they got me in and out and I feel like that wasn't the experience I should have had. I do not recommend this location I have gone to others and I would stay clear from this one.

The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable of your vehicle needs, they don’t try to hard sell you on anything they just inform you of what is best needed for maintenance

These guys are amazing at what they do and super efficient as well! They are very knowledgeable and will let you know what should be changed or fixed next time. Thank you for the excellent service!

Will not be coming here again. The service is awful and they try to gauge you. No real communication and customer service is null and void. They also serviced my daughters car and mused the gasket leak and put in AC coolant which can cause further problems. Just not worth it
