Had the privilege of having Garrison do the service for us. He absolutely rocks and somehow made me feel okay with signing up for the newsletter. He fixed my serpentine belt with a candle, and of course normal tools, but I was like, a candle? This guy knows what he’s doing. He let me know what was up in a way that didn’t make me feel condescended to, which is nice as a woman in public. Will be returning because unfortunately the car wash was frozen over and not running in the cold weather. 5 stars.

The true measure of a business isn't just when things are good, it's truly when there's a problem. Their fault or not.

We had a problem after our oil change with a failure of a part that was supplied to them and they treated our situation with the highest priority and urgency! They accepted blame (even though it it was not at all their fault) and acted with upmost transparency and concern.

Within hours, it was recitifed and they went above and beyond their duty to make us happy! James, Garrison and everyone there were incredible. In the words of Arnold S, we'll be back! Over and over.

Great friendly staff, been coming here for a couple years now. Staff has changed since I started coming but all the service expectations have not! They provide a friendly, informative service! I recommended my sister and her husband to come get services here and they always leave happy!

Mediocre touchless wash. Bottom of my car was still muddy/dirty after washing. Top half was just ok. Expect a lot more for the Premium ($20) wash.

Edit: followed up with the owner's reply and never got a reply. So this review stands because I'm probably never going back.

These guys were super nice and helpful. Super quick and great service…. And they were honest. I used to go to my mechanic for my usual oil changes but I’ll be going to these guys from now on. It’s so much more convenient! Make sure to get a coupon w/free car wash online on their website. Speaking of car wash…I’m not sure why everyone is complaining that their cars didn’t get cleaned enough etc…. You can’t expect much from a drive-in car wash. If you want perfection, go where they wash your car by hand. Great place, highly recommend!

Exceptional Service and Reasonable Pricing. I had my oil changed and air conditioning serviced by James (what team leadership and knowledge) and staff. All staff looked like hard workers. It was
impressive the ease of professionalism, confidence and humble manner in which everything was done. I felt like I had my car in the best hands for this service and they even kept a friendly attitude the whole time. Everything was explained to me with all the details. It was so good to see young people working in a team with such fine work ethics, paying attention to detail, clean and organized. Tremendous service. James has great communication and skills beyond his age worth more than noting. This young man deserves a raise and should be training teams of future employees. Wow! I haven't seen this in years.

The services of this shop used to be good. I had 5 engine oil changes there.

On 28th March 2023, I went there to have an oil change. Just like my previous oil changes, I brought my own oil since the shop does not provide much choices and it always recommends other brands oil.

After the oil change, I took out my credit card and wanted to pay. In the past, the mechanics just told me the price and asked me to tap my card.

But this time, the mechanic gave the credit card reader to me and asked me to put in the amount myself. I was not sure what to do with it. So I just paid the exact amount like what I used to do previously.

I was not aware that he was asking for tip at that moment as the mechanics never asked me for this in my past 4 oil changes.

Afterwards, I asked the mechanic for the free car wash. He refused to give me.

I emailed the manager Adam about the free car wash. He replied that there is still a free car wash for engine oil change as usual.

I told Adam that I did have an oil change but the mechanic did not give me the free car wash.

Then Adam did not reply!

I live in Burnaby and have to drive 20kms (one way) to this shop.
Even if the shop gives me back the free car wash. I will not drive 40kms for it. It is the practice of the shop that made me disappointed.

Now I will look for another shop to have my next engine oil change.

Up to today (30th April 2023), there has not anyone trying to contact me.

Extra 20 dollars for a liter and a half of oil don’t go they’re rip offs, ended up being 84 dollars for an oil change that was supposed to be 60 with tax

Went to have an oil change at Mobil1 Richmond and I was met with friendly and helpful staff. Andrea had great customer service skills and went above and beyond to help me with an issue I was having in my vehicle. You are very fortunate to have a caring and Hardworking employee such as Andrea.

The car wash line up is super confusing and not professional. There are clearly two entrances into this location and both entrance can assess the car wash. I entered through No. 5 road as I always do as I commute from Vancouver via Knight bridge. I was hoping to use the car wash today and saw there was a line up formed on the entrance on bridgeport street. I patiently noted the line that there were 2 vehicles ahead of me so I let them pass through the car wash first. As I was trying to approach the car wash after the 2 vehicles, a man from another vehicle who came AFTER me yelled at me to go to the back of the line and line up and would not let me go through even though he saw me waiting when he arrived. Ultimately I left the location after having to wait 20 minutes just to get yelled by this random man. I believe there needs to be a cleaner system when it comes to these line ups because there aren’t signage ANYWHERE that directs the “right line up” neither was I trying to cut in line as I respectfully waited for the vehicles before me to access the car wash. Also, it wouldn’t make sense to drive a huge block and make 4 turns to access the entrance on Bridgeport. If that’s how it is then what’s the point of making a second entrance on No. 5?

I always come here for my oil change and the service is always great and never had an Issue whenever I entered through the entrance on No. 5 rd but now I will think twice of using the car wash if there’s a line up.

Basic oil change is ok. They did try to sell other services but not too forceful. Not sure they can tell if your car has issued for preventive maintenance though.

I paid for the $20 car wash, but after washed the car, there was still a lot of dust on it.

Best touchless car wash I've been to around town! I visit every 2-3 weeks and I never leave disappointed. $20 for their premium wash is not a bad price for the convenience.

Oil changes are quick, professional staff with no upselling tactics.

Great touchless carwash at decent price. I used basic wash and it did great. Dryers are strong too. Only downside is long line ups sometimes as there's only one wash bay.

Excellent staff and quick. Not a huge fan of the price structure though. Paying for 6.5 liters of oil when only using 5. Then asking for the rest and saying they don't give it the balance of the oil you didn't use. I get it if it was the base oil from the dispensing gun from the barrel i get it. But when it's in one quarter jugs. And you are paying 24 dollars a quarter just not a fan

Oil service that was reasonably priced with options for product used. Bit of a wait to get in as it was busy but service to my vehicle was quick and efficient.

OGs. Changed my cabin filter, an oil change, and gear oil. Super dirty filter got changed thanks to Mobil 1 Lube Express on No. 5 Richmond. Usually you’re not allowed to leave the vehicle but I came out on my own accord with the proper safety glasses and steel toe PPE already on because of work. No harm done. We chatted for awhile. James particularly, is very methodical and a good leader/trainer. He helped the team and trained them through the gear oil change. Suggest he be placed as a manager. Hard workers!
