The customer service was very friendly! What I feel disappointed about is the low quality glass the put on the back of my ipone! Cost 250-300 and broke within a week in multiple places and big chunks falling out! I asked one of the staff there if it was lower quality glass and he said it was: (

Glass was better! I have an Otterbox case on my phone and I’m not rough with my phone!

Don't go to anyone else, go to these smart, very knowledgeable and very good natured, more than helpful with ANY problem. Sam and Quinten are very nice and friendly young men and they're extremely understanding and patient with people like myself, who knows NOTHING about technology.

I went in to buy a computer for game development. I talked with Si-mun about what I required. He was able to build me a phenomenal system for less than if I bought all the parts myself online and built it. I've been using it for about a month and half now and love it. Everything has run flawlessly so far. Fast load times, all the resource intensive software including Unreal Engine runs so smoothly, no crashes yet, and it just looks so darn pretty. Highly Recommend Mobile Fusion.

I went to this place as there were no near tech repair shops near me locally and so i asked for a quote via email of what i thought the problem was and they were clear and said if it was what i thought it was it would be X price which is a better deal than their competitors. But when i went in the guy who was dealing with the phones took mine and fixed it in a minute and was very clear and said it would not cost anything for a tiny fix which didn't even occur to me was the problem so a very polite companny.

Since coming to Cranbrook 1.5 yrs ago I have been looking for a good tech support person. I found exactly what I need in Si-Mun - he was great - efficient, personable and helpful. I happened to meet a couple of people while I was out today and "sang his praises" - I trust my word-of-mouth recommendations will send many more clients his way.

Came in on a day off to help me, was super accommodating and helpful, put on thermal paste and installed a new cooler for my computer made sure everything was working before i left. Will be using him for all of my computer needs. I HIGHLY recommend this place to anyone looking to get their pc fixed or have them custom build one for you

Si-Mun and the guys at ETech are top notch. I would highly suggest them for any mobile solutions/cel phone repairs. Based on their professionalism, attitude and fairness I would recommend them for anything that they do in their business. We are EXTREMELY lucky to have them (and the services they provide) in the East Kootenays.

Very convenient to have a cracked cell screen fixed and returned in an hour but extremely expensive! The job was done well and as promised, within the hour.

I brought my iPhone and iMac to Simun so that he could fix my phone camera and and add RAM to my iMac. He charged quite a bit so I thought I’d be getting quality work. Firstly, he asked for a good review to get a big discount so I gave him a great review which I had to delete shortly after and write this. He even steals the name of a big company.

I was wondering why he was taking way too long to do the work that I asked and this is why: He replaced my iPhone camera with another one that doesn’t work. At the same time, he replaced my working microphone to one that doesn’t work. He then blamed me for it not working when it stopped working the second I got my phone back from him. He knew exactly what was wrong when I said the microphone wasn’t working and tried to charge me an arm and a leg to fix it when he’s the one that stole my working hardware. I had so much proof of the phone working before I brought it to him.
THEN he installed malware on my iMac that slowed it down so much that it was noticeable. I bet he’s farming bitcoin or something. I had to change all my banking passwords just in case. He even brought my mint condition iMac back scratched!

He works from his own home so you even can’t just go and check up on what he’s doing…

DO NOT BRING YOUR DEVICES TO HIM AS HE WILL REPLACE GOOD PARTS WITH DEFECTIVE ONES THEN SAY IT’S YOUR FAULT & TRY TO CHARGE YOU TO FIX WHAT HE STOLE.
HE IS VERY SHADY AND INSTALLS MALWARE.
STAY AS FAR AWAY AS YOU POSSIBLY CAN!

This guy should be embarrassed for what he does.
