I had problem with my phone didn't want to charge. The fixed it in 2 minutes. Highly recommend.

I was having trouble getting photos off my phone and onto my computer. The fellow was so incredibly helpful and kind. He explained things in a manner even I could understand! Ten outta ten.

I went to this store about 1 month ago, because my phone had some moisture in it. There was a nice young man who checked it out for me, confirmed that it was now dry, and was charging. I wasn't charged a service fee, but had quick help in making sure that my phone was good. Thank you so very much!

Bought new phone from them and opted for finance option for great discounts. They are very professional and hospitable.

I am most grateful for the help taking off my phone's protective cover and replacing its network card - I'd been worried for days, and it took the techie two minutes to sort out my issue, including the explanation.

Funny, I thought this was a little hole-in-the-wall business, because its entrance is tucked away around the back corner, but it turns out that the Mobile Klinik here (formerly uBreakiFix) is a franchise associated with Telus, and this location has not only a spacious lobby and front counter, but also plenty of workspace in back for the staff. And they don't only work with smartphones, they are also an Apple shop for computers.

The business is level-entry from the parking lot, and wheelchair accessible.

I received great service today from Saurabath and he is very knowledgeable and fixed my cell.

Mobile Klinik as an organization has failed me, starting with this location. Be aware this location operates under the “Mobile Klinik” name but they are not associated with any other Mobile Klinik because they are a franchise. This is important for warranty. If they install a faulty part, or do it incorrectly, no other Mobile Klinik location will help you which makes the “Warranty” a complete lie.
We came here for a cell phone screen replacement. They asked for our password, which no one should ever do for screen replacements. They were friendly enough and replaced the screen within an hour, but a week later the screen started to go dark in areas and eventually went completely blank. We don’t live on the Island so we tried to take it to other Mobile Klinik’s in our area and no one will honor the warranty. I had to pay for a second screen replacement somewhere else.

To summarize: they charged me $300 for a faulty screen (or screwed up the install job). And, since I paid another repair service for another screen replacement, I’ve learned that this location is quite over-priced. Unreliable service, overpriced and no warranty on the work. Go somewhere else.

Do not ever take your phone to them to be fixed. Contacted them a long time ago with regards to my phone. They told me that it was possibly a connection inside my phone that was broken and that would need to be replaced but not my actual screen took it to someone else to have it verified and it was confirmed that neither of my screens were broken so I contacted them and asked them the possibility of getting into my phone and the guy said absolutely no problem. Chances are it wasn’t the screen that was gonna have to be fixed that he would be able to open it up and take a look and it chances are wouldn’t cost me the $400 to have the screen replaced as there are zero cracks when coming into the store after paying almost $70 in gas to get to the store because he is a third-party Google license he then told me without even actually opening up my screen that it was gonna be a $400 for the screen to be repaired. I said the screen isn’t broken. He sat there and tried to tell me that there were cracks in it that he could see there were zero visible cracks in the screen. Do not go to these people con artist. When I said I was gonna take my phone to the actual Google store. He pretty well laughed at me and said while I am Google and I said no you’re not you’re a third-party licensee there is a huge difference between taking my phone to the manufacturer and taking it to you do not waste your time treats you like you don’t know anything Without even listening to the situation

It pays to research what you need, I was just quoted $150-200 for a bettery and I found the exact one I need for $15 and can replace the battery myself

Terrific service, best place for professional smartphone repair. We had a SIM card and a power issue and Zach had it fixed quickly without any issues.

Ubreakifix was recommended to me to have the ignition on my truck fixed. I have a 4th gen 2011 ram pickup and was experiencing the “truck randomly shuts off problem”. I brought my electronic ignition box in and they cleaned it up/re-soldered it for me. Works good as new for $90. A new one is over $500 + having the dealership program it for another $250. Very happy with the service, they also fix broken key fobs!

I've used this business twice now to help me with some detailed soldering work on some Wemos D1 mini boards I am using for home automation. I found the team I worked with to be courteous, skilled and efficient. The job was 'small' but I was impressed by the work they performed. I would recommend this place and would go back myself. I got my phone fixed here a couple weeks ago due to a cracked screen, they talked me into a screen protector for an extra cost. Of course I added it because I didn’t want my screen cracked again, my phone cracked while I was at the beach a few days ago, it was in my bag on the sand and when I opened my bag it was cracked, I didn’t drop it so I’m confused why it cracked? So I took my screen protector off thinking my phone would be safe underneath but the entire crack was underneath the protector and on my actually phone. I’m really disappointed with how much I had paid for my phone to be fixed just for it to crack again a few weeks later, underneath the protector and without dropping it.:/ sad
