Mobile Klinik Professional Smartphone Repair - Langley

Had to go there because they are the authorized vendor of Asurion. They told me that they ordered a part for the repair and it should arrive in a few days. I called a week later and they told me to call Samsung to find out about the delivery for the part they ordered. They refused to call Samsung for a part they ordered and they told me to do it. They told me that they don't have an order number either.

Update- Asurion immediately resolved the issue when I called them.

Took in my old phone due to cracked front screen was not worth repair cost, the friendly professional team at Mobil Klinik gave me a great deal on a new phone and set it up for me, really impressed with the great service I got.

Called to inquire about screen of iPhone 14. His response was $500 to replace the glass. It's a 2000 dollar phone. Does this sounds like an honest business? So they are quoting based on the value of the phone? This phone including tax is 1700. Do they actually have a set price for the service or change it based on people's needs? Don't trust them.

Been to this place for fixing my phone. Very knowledgeable staff. The manager and whole staff was very helpful and my phone looks brand new after getting fixed. Highly recommended!

Excellent service! I thought my screen got cracked and having issues with battery. Visited Mobile klinik Willowbrook location, manager looked into my phone and told me I only need the battery, screen is fine its just the glass protector which is cracked only. Phone performance is drastically changed with the new battery. Highly recommended.

Great service at times they don't have stock but if you call in advance they will hold on to whatever you need for you

Abysmal customer service. The gentleman that "served" me was rude, impatient, and very unwilling to engage in any form of problem-solving for the issue I was having. I spoke to another Mobile Klinik location after this one, and they were the complete opposite. I took my business to another location.

Recently went here, to replace my S9's battery. Had been having issues with a rapid drain, so figured why not try a replacement if they had it. I thought for some reason itd be quick, the representative said it'd be 3hours and to come back in 3.5h. He ended up needing more time, waited about 4hours. He also let me know the reasons why my battery had issues and suggested ways to enhance battery life. Overall, the battery performance has been good.

My Samsung Note 20 ultra had been acting up for a couple weeks. I corrected most problems myself but still couldn't send or forward emails. When I was in the mall I went to Mobile Klinik. One of the fellows there spent close to an hour working on my phone and was finally able to resolve the problem. When I pulled out my card to pay he said: "No charge. " I can't thank him enough. Mobile Klinik will be my first stop if I have any other problems with my phone.

Just spoke with a staff there, male with an strong South Asian accent, who was very rude, over the phone and when I asked for his name he hung up the on me.

Went to sell my S21 5G. They said come back in 30 min. I went back and they went into my phone and screwed with it so the camera had a line in it. I know it was good before i took it their. They did that to freaking low ball me. What a joke that place is. Never go there. They rip you off.

Absolutely ridiculous service here, they haven't been able to get a screen for my phone for over a month. And then tell me is my job to call samsung to get it.how is my job, im pYong for a service, no one there has a clue

I changed my cell phone battery myself and found that the screen wouldn't turn on after I did it. The guys at Mobile Klinik were super helpful, they were able to show me where I'd cracked the screen. I ordered a new one, problem solved!

Went there today, the staff was so helpful cleaning my phone free up charge will visit again if ever needed to fix my phone.

I took my Samsung S10 because the charging port wasn't working.
Jay was very generous with his time and he fixed it while I was waiting. He saved me from having to buy a new phone can't say enough about how amazing he was. Would totally recommend him to anyone who needs their phone fixed.

I dropped my phone in the mall parking lot and it was destroyed. Jay tried to fix it, but the parts were going to be expensive and may or may not work due to the damage. Jay gave me a great deal on a phone in store. The New-Used phone ended up being cheaper than what it would have taken to fix my old broken phone.

I placed an order for a new battery for my phone in early April. As of June 19, no word. I have called twice, but the battery still hasn't arrived. I know there are supply chain issues, but I can order a battery from Amazon and have it here tomorrow. I just need help installing it.

Great service from Jay today, had exactly what we were looking for at reasonable prices (refurbished iPhone)

Will never go back and will not recommend this place. Went in to try to recover my emails on my Samsung phone. After pushing a few buttons he left me standing there and proceeded to spend 5 minutes to help someone else. Then he tried a few more buttons and told me he couldn't help me.

Not good at all, took one look at my phone told me they could not help me because they are a Samsung authorised dealer and my Samsung was international, but any other store could just not them

About a month ago I came in to get the piece of my phone charger that broke off and was stuck in the charger port, I walked in and the staff were super welcoming and friendly and I was helped out right away, would definitely come back for any future phone issues.

Great costumer service as soon as I walked in the door, was greeted and helped right away by James. Came in with my P30 pro that had some stuff stuck in my charge port and he was able to get it out no problem and charged me nothing! He was also very honest when it came to reselling the phone, something that I really appreciate it. Very impressed and highly recommend using these guys.

My charger kept slipping out of my phone so James cleaned out the charging port and it now works beautifully again. I was only in the store for a few minutes. Totally recommend them!

Mobile Klinik was able to repair my phone battery with no reset required. They accommodated me to come in and get the repair done just before my warranty ran out. They were very helpful and even stayed after close to get the job completed. I will definitely go here for any future phone repairs that I need!

Wonderful service from Amit at this clinic today. I had been told that my phone needed a complete reset but Amit figured out the problem immediately and fixed it. No reset required and no charge. He was very, very helpful. Highly recommend this business!

My iPhone 7 stopped charging so I took it to this repair shop. I told them it’s either the charging port is damaged or the battery, they plugged the phone into the charger and they said this is not fixable they also said it’s most likely the motherboard is also damaged so in order to repair will cost about $600, better to get a new phone. Today I took the phone to Guru cell phone in Langley, and almost immediately after he plugged the phone into charge, he said battery should be replaced, and the cost is 50$, I ended up also changing the Taptic Engine as it’s not vibrating. The whole fix cost 85. And took less than 10 minutes.

Service is great! I am happy with the pricing they offer. They made my day. Moved to Telus and got a phone as well. 5/5.

They had my phone for a week and didn't get it fixed. After 1 day they knew they couldn't get the part in a timely manner and failed to notify me. Employees chatted with friends rather than help customers.

Went in to have my audio jack replaced on my S9+. It was going to cost around $70 to $80. The first thing they did was check for foreign particles, debris. Sure enough, it was just pocket lint. They cleaned it out and sent me on my way free of charge. When something does happen to my phone, I know I can trust these guys

Great service from the techs on shift. Had a galaxy s6 edge plus with a battery so swollen it popped the back panel off of the chassis. They safely removed the battery and offered advice on how to deal with the phone.

Went in with a phone not charging properly, they fixed it quickly, treated me professionally. Next day I had to go back to do another test (phone is faulty) and Jason went above and beyond staying late to help me!

My phone screen needed replacing and I was heading to Vancouver island for the weekend. The young gentlemen at this location stayed till after closing time to get my phone done for me that day before I had to leave early the next morning. I would highly reccomend taking your phone to this repair shop. They are very speedy and good at what they do. Overall happy experience.
