After attempting to get a warranty repair done on my S22 at the mobile klinik willowbrook location I was told to go directly to Samsung. I went to the experience store where they diagnosed the issue, ordered the part and then refused to fix my device. Finally I brought my phone to this mobile klinik as a last ditch effort and was pleasantly surprised.the techs actually listened to me when I explained the problem with the phone and completed the repair. Excellent service and communication and people that actually want to do their job and help you. Thank you

Wasted a lot of my time. Went there in March to get a screen replaced through Google's warranty. Said will call me, never did. Called them 2 weeks ago, they said screen is on order without even asking me who I am. Called yesterday to get an update, guy goes "will call you back" and he never did. Went to ubreakifix and they replaced the screen within 1 hr.

Mobile klinik they are friendly, professional, and they treat you with respect. They smile when they approach you so I will recommend this company if you have a problem with the phone to repair it.

By far one of the WORST customer service experiences. Staff was very rude and dismissive, not helpful. The gentleman that was working seemed as if it was an inconvenience for him to help me. Would not recommend anybody go to this location. This was not a one off as well. I had to come back to this location three times, and each time I was there the experience was not pleasant.

Got IPhone battery replaced here. Professional service and they are Apple authorised as well. On time and easy appointments.

Bad customer service. Over the phone they said "Come in any time, we can fix your phone in two hours. No need for an appointment. " Then when I got there, they said they'd have to keep my phone for 3 days and that I should have called them or made an appointment. Even though I did call them and was told I don't need an appointment.

Mobile Klinik came to my house to fix my iPhone. Not only did they fix the problem they came out to fix, they found and fixed another couple of problems for me. They are knowledgeable and helpful and very affordable. I highly recommend them!

Extremely knowledgeable and friendly staff.
I was there two days in a row and first day for the diagnosis they didn't even charge me after spending a half hour on the phone.
Second day I came in with a donor device and they still went above and beyond swapping parts over and closing them both up fully functioning for the price of one.
Phone fixed, extremely happy. I will return again if another repair is needed.

Had issues with my phone not charging by cable for weeks. Came there to check if anything can be done, they took twizzers and cleaned my port. Got it back to work at no charge. That's when you know they don't try to rip you off at this spot. Thanks guys

I highly recommend the Mobile Klinik and Inder in particular. My sons phone broke this week. The screen was broken and motherboard was damaged. We purchased a new phone, we were very concerned due to the condition of the old phone. That all the valuable info on the old phone would be lost. Inder was able to retrieve everything. It was not an easy thing to do. Throughout the process Inder was very knowledgeable, patient and friendly. He is very good at his job. Again I highly recommend the Mobile Klinik and ask for Inder. My s20 plus screen was cracked and it was not working at all. Mobile Klinik repaired my screen and also offered me a glass screen protector free of charge.they use OEM parts and also give lifetime warranty.they also made sure that my broken device was water resistant after the repair! They had wonderful customer service. Will definitely be coming here for all my repairs.

Rude staff, a little snobbish. Note to staff: you fix phones, not do surgery. Take it easy with the white coats, you aren't scientists. I went in yesterday, waiting for over half an hour before I left, there were two staff members, one female and one male with a shoulder tattoo, he never acknowledge me and so, another client came in after me, when I left, and he asked her right away if she needed help. Me and a caucasian guy came in, weren't treated fair, an East Indian female comes in and gets treated really nice? Anyways, whatever their problem was, it won't last long. Staff here need to appreciate that people of all backgrounds want to give them business during this time, I can get most products, if not, all that you in your store, online. I wanted to support a local business, even if it was more expensive but I rather get it online from now on

One day, staff here will miss having customers coming in and will blame the online world for losing business. It's not Amazon's fault, it's your attitudes, your service, your personalities.

Anyways, take this review and learn from it. Don't get offended. I don't know if the owners work here or just hired staff but whoever is in charge, should know how their business is being managed because it would be a shame if it was ruined by someone who never started this business and worked long days to build a client base.

First guy was alright.but his boss is rude likes to argue with you and disrespects you. I wouldn't recommend them to nobody.

Update: they have contacted my father and fixed the screen free of charge but I feel it was due to this review.

I strongly urge you to take your phone anywhere else.

My father brought his phone in for repair, It is a Samsung S7 edge and the back panel was cracked. He had asked for them to replace the back panel and the battery. At some point during the repair they broke his front screen. It also appears the battery was not replaced even though he was charged for the replacement.

He did not look at his phone after the repair until he got home. He trusted them to test it before giving it back to him.
They have admitted to not testing the phone before giving it back to him, and only offered to cover the labor cost and $20 off the screen to repair their mistake in breaking his screen. Meaning they are saying to fix their mistake he has to pay them a further $240 on top of his repair cost.

They should be repairing the screen they broke for no cost to my father, as it was not broken when he gave it to them for the original repair.

I would strongly urge you to take you phone else where if you want it to come back in good working order.

I will update this review in a few hours with the photos of the damage.

I had a issue with my Samsung phone.my mic wasnt working properly. Emott, Nigel looked at my phone. And within 2 seconds they fixed my phone.i had accidentally installed screen protector over the mic.i would recommend this place.great guys. Friendly and knowledgeable.

Service isn’t that great and talking with customers asked to fix the screen that was popping out almost like pulling teeth to get them to do the repairs they messed up with and when it can time to pick up phone customer service got even worse

I was not an easy customer with lots of hassle from my end. These guys have great customer service and I am extremely pleased with my interaction with them. All of the staff are friendly and good at what they do.

Went here to get a quote, as I thought that my phone charger port was broken. But when one of their guys ask to check my phone, immediately he started to clean the inside of my phone's charging port and after a couple of minutes my phone was FIXED! It was just dirt/debris that accumulated over the years. And the AMAZING part was they didn't even charge me for anything when i asked how much it was. I SAVED $190 to replace the charging port as quoted from other shops! I highly recommend this place!

No follow up, they dont answer phone live during busi hours often. They don't return calls, and I finally gave up on this location. I had to travel probably 1 hr by car and transit downtown - see that review, well done to them.

This location is 10 mins away and they seem very disorganized. First, second and third impressions all poor.

Extremely helpful, and quick. I brought it in through the Rogers Device Protection Plan. They had my iPhone 8+ screen replaced within ~2hrs without any extras fees trying to be added on. Hoping the screen quality is no different than the original. I will follow up in a few weeks! Thanks Mobile Klinik.

Came in thinking my charging port was broken, they cleaned it out and it worked perfectly after and since it was just cleaning they did it for free. Great help and done really fast!

Friendly to begin with, but things quickly changed when I came back 3 days later to tell them that the camera they replaced in my iphone 6s plus works like a really cheap version of what i use to have (barely focuses) and when I told them what the issue is - their reply was that’s how it suppose to be and because they have already fulfilled Rogers insurance repair obligation, there is not much they can do. Now wasting my time trying to sort it out with Rogers mobile.

I was expecting this repair to take more than one day. These guys got it done in 60 minutes. I would 110% recommend this store all of my friends and family.

Great service, took my phone in, was supposed to have it ready at the end of the following day but it was ready way earlier than that. I highly recommend that you use them to fix your phone issues.

Mobile klinik was amazing! Had my phone fixed next day. I thought it was toast the screen looked so bad. Highly recommend! Best to call ahead to make sure the right parts are there before bringing in. I did not call ahead and was sent to another location across town (could have saved time if I had called ahead). But they did a great job, my phone looks brand new:)

Professional Smartphone Repair these guys are osume. I just went into the store as the speaker of my phone was not working at all. But Inder at the shop repaired it within 10 minutes without making me wait and the phone was completely working. They have extremely good customer service as it was my first time in the shop they didn’t charged me and said happy to help as it was your first time its a part of our customer service. In future will definitely like to go there and highlt recommend the shop if you have any problem in your phone.

Inder's been a great help throughout the process on getting my phone repaired directed me to different store CPR CellPhone Repair and get my phone repaired.
