Just visited Mobile Klinik here at Metrotown Mall. I had a problem with my charging port and it was fixed instantly at no cost. So happy with the service. Definitely Recommend them!

️The man at the counter of this Metrotown fix/sell/buy/unlock, etc, in this store was incredible to us- and obviously, VERY confident, and knowledgable. He helped my husband and I when I accidentally locked my new Samsung phone not just once- but twice in three days! When we called for help the first time, Samsung's Company representative themselves told us to go to THIS Klinic in Metrotown. He fixed the problem quickly, while he handled a few more customers, and he still took a LOT of time to patiently answer several extra questions about this new phone, etc.he is very honest-didn't even charge us, and so THIS is where we WILL go for ANY other phone issues! Like once wasn't bad enough, I made the same mistake again, and once more, locked out of that phone 2 days later. Again, he was SO nice, and fixed my situation quickly with the very same care. We are seniors who are not very familiar with new technology, but we have been through enough issues to know this man IS good! Samsung should be proud that he works for them- as he KNOWS his "stuff. " Excellent service, treats you well, and knowledgeable!

I asked them to fix my Samsung S22 screen. With a full battery. Nothing else was wrong with my phone. I had it for only 7 months. They said they needed two hours.

I left feeling uneasy. I did not want to leave my phone unattended.

Which no one ever should. After this, I never will. I came back with almost a dead battery, and my phone changed completely.

He said he gave me a whole new battery and phone. Which I didn't ask for. I said I didn't want that. And I knew he had switched out my good battery and gave me one of his old phone batteries. Was really concerned after that, and was pushy for me to pay. Did not offer to change my battery back to me. Just wanted me to pay asap.

My phone now works slower, dies faster, charges slower, and the camera doesn't have the best quality for pictures.

I went to the only Samsung office in Canada at the same mall. All I received by them was that this store is represented by them. Meaning they could say they did a good job.
And get away with what their doing.

This is all a scam. DO NOT TRUST THIS PLACE!

They will take your good phone and pretty much switch it out for one of their older phones.

I will be talking to their head office and talking to Samsung company. Myself in hope's this never has to happen to anyone else again. This message I will be saving this post as well for my report.

Good luck to anyone who trusts this company. Rule of thumb: Don't leave your stuff unattended, and always do a back round check either on the internet or viewings.

Which I stupidly didn't. They prey on people who are desperate and know they can do whatever they want. Because they are getting away with it.

Didn't get a service from you guys @ this location but was recommended by insurance company for screen repair. After talking to you on phone decided not to give the business at all.
Overall you need to work on your communication skills. May be you are "professionals" but being rude after couple of questions is not a way to do the business in public sector.

ABSOLUTLEY FANTASTIC SERVICE!

The screen protector on my Samsung Galaxy S10 came off and wasn't in condition to re-attach. Because the actual glass on the phone has a crack in it, I didn't want to risk going to any old kiosk for another screen protector. I first called the Samsung Store at Metrotown but they told me their machine is broken and they're not fixing it so they don't even keep the screen protectors in stock. I then called Samsung Canada and they recommended Mobile Klinik. They had the screen protector in stock but because my glass is cracked, they dared not apply the gel as it might seep into the phone and damage something. Instead, the gent offered to install a plexiglass protector at no charge. That's right - AT NO CHARGE - because he felt bad that I had driven out there and he couldn't apply the original style.

Nice to know there are still businesses out there that understand old-fashioned, high quality customer service. I'll be giving all my cell phone repair business to Mobile Klinik from now on.

Booked an appointment and went in because I wasn't able to charge phone. No attempt to diagnose the problem and was recommended to go to a different location for parts because I was insured.

My office sent me here to get an estimate for repairing my Samsung phone. The staff were able to look at the phone right away and were able to get it working within 5 minutes. They fixed it and did not charge me anything. Great service and very polite staff. Don't hesitate if you need your phone serviced.they are great.

My charging port stopped working. I was convinced the port was not functioning properly and went to telus (as I have telus device care) and they pointed me to this place. I said the changing wasn't working and how much to fix. No up sale, didn't start taking the phone apart they started by cleaning the port out and fixed it that way. I would recommend this location to anyone who's is needs their phone fixed and wants a place you can trust.

Had an ipad repaired, great service, fast turnaround, and best warranty for repairs there is - warranty good for life. Since they're national, handy that you can get warranty service everywhere (in case you need it like I did)

I needed an inexpensive iPhone for my son and they had exactly what I needed. Friendly service and I would definitely recommend.

So far my experience with them has not been great. I brought my phone to them to be repaired thru insurance (asurion) asked them if they would call me in a few day? Would it be ready before the weekend? The guy working says "oh 2 hours is all it takes" I said "oh ya? In that case I'll shop for a few hours. Call 2.5 hours later, "oh sorry it's not don't come right before close and it will be done" go back at 8: 50 and he tells me to come back in the morning it wasn't done. Are. You. Kidding. Me? I waited in total almost 5 hours because he told me it would be done in 2 hours. I would have went home hours sooner. Not impressed. Will update tomorrow when I go back and get my phone.

In warranty service completed at this location for my Samsung S21 Ultra phone. Spoke with AJ and all the warranty issues completed by him as well. Very professional and provided all answers to questions. Was promissed same day service, but due to additional problems found and the parts not in stock, the phone was fixed a couple days latrer. AJ called and updated the process daily which was accurate. Receicved my phone back, and has now been at least a month with no issues or concerns. In fact, the phone appears to function much better the before. Thank you to the team at Mobile Klinik as well as AJ! A+

I went in after opening a ticket with Samsung care for a cracked screen. They notified me that actually one of my camera were not working properly. After getting the phone back I noticed small black specs on my camera screen. I brought it back the next day and they did a thorough cleaning once again and replaced some seals, my wide angle camera is now working fine.
I appreciate the effort they went through to fix my phone and the patience that they have as I was concerned that my issue would not be resolved.

I was recently referred to the Mobil Klink to resell my I phone for best value, but when I was there at their metro town outlet last Sunday the experience was disappointing. I guess they don't have many staffs working there, only one guy attending customers and unresponsive service by him. I felt I was under quoted for my XS max less than 200$. For better selling options I was directed to a third party individual by the employee whose number was shared with me.

Very great place for repair, I came to fix my charging port and AJ help me out and it turned out to be just dusty charge port, he cleaned it up for me with no extra charge.

Mohammed replaced glass in iPhone 6plus and advised us not to spend any money on granddaughter iPhone rx because of water damage and broken screen and back. We then bought a Cellairis warranty plackage. Great deal. We then bought same package for my wife's new iphone 12pro

They were very transparent and excellent at explaining what was wrong with my phone. Although the website said most repairs take 60 mins, they were able to fix my issue in less than 10. I was referred here by a friend and after this positive experience I will certainly be referring my friends and family in the future.

Needed a new screen for my phone, the repair was quick and I felt well taken care of. Hopefully I don't need to come back, but I would if needed!

Fido wanted me to spend $180 to send my phone in for inspection which would take up to 5days. Mobile Klinik cost me 135 to replace my USB c port and got it done within a day.

Some miscommunication at first, but these guys are pros and not only did they sort out the miscommunication (caused by their corporate office, not this location), they did a great job on the screen replacement and would definitely recommend
