Mobile Mechanic Victoria - Car Truck & RV Repair

I tried calling this business five times. Get a strange phone message saying thanks for trying our documentation.

Mike came out to Cowichan during the fest as my trailer suddenly had no power. Mike was able to get my slide and awning in so that I could tow it. He did this at 1 AM in the morning. I really appreciate the service I received.

BEWARE! Mike Smith scamed us. He has stolen $1000.00 from us. He asked for money up front for parts and we haven't seen him since. He's known to Saanich Police.

Called this mechanic for assistance, set up appointment was told on the way, after 3 more calls same response and never showed up at all then didn't answer the phone. At least have the professionalism to let the client know your not coming. Seems every Legit review is the same experience of no show

Showed up when he said he would, and saved us with a roadside repair on our RV that would have cost us two weeks and double the money at an RV repair shop.

This business must be a fake. Never showed up. Answered my call when he was 45 minutes late and said he was with someone else and on his way. Then 4 hours later still didn’t show. I called to give him the benefit of the doubt and reschedule and he didn’t answer. Not sure what his scam deal is but don’t even bother calling.

DO NOT USE! First off, his reviews are all fake. Read them and notice the word "car truck" in almost every review. If you don't see it, he probably got them to correct it. There are services you can pay to give you fake reviews

Made an appointment but on that day I waited for 4 hours after my appointment time and nobody showed up. I called him and he said his last appt went overtime, but that he was "on his way". Never showed up! Called him the next morning and got an apology and another "I'm on my way first thing this morning". Never showed up! He stopped answering any calls after that.

Booked an appointment on Monday and gave the owner the choice of when is the most convenient for him. He said Saturday at 11am. Although later than I would like, I clear my Saturday (in the middle of a move) and 11: 15am comes and still nobody around and no call. So I call the owner who answers the phone and has no idea or notes on the appointment that he set with me. He then asks me what I needed done again and said he will check in with "his guy". An hour passes and still haven't heard a word so I call again. He says "his guy" is working on another rv and will be over after. 3: 00pm comes around and still no call and no show. I call him to get the update a reputable business would provide without being forced to, and he does not answer. I text his number (cell) asking to please show up or let me know whats going on - no response. 20 minutes later, I call him again no answer. An entire week was wasted trusting that this business was ran properly and honor their appointment or at least communicate any changes; neither happened. The day that I really needed to get this done amongst other things was completely wasted. What bugs me the most is that he couldn't even communicate and completely hid from his mistake leaving a client in a tough situation. Never again. Go elsewhere.
