Drove from metrotown to brentwood and he refused to sell the phone at the
price set and the condition of the phone was pathetic, never ever go to his store they are lier and fake! Trust me

I encountered a misleading situation that resembled a bait-and-switch tactic.

The seller advertised an iPhone on Facebook Marketplace, and I confirmed both the pickup location and the phone model with them. After committing to an hour's drive, I arrived at the agreed location, only to find that the phone was not available.

Additionally, the communication was frustrating. While I was at the location, the live chat connected to the advertisement suddenly became unresponsive, and I was effectively ghosted by the seller.

Interestingly, there was an attempt to upsell me to a 1TB model for a higher price. However, this phone was noticeably in poor condition, with the bezel being extensively scratched around the entire perimeter. Furthermore, the screen initially appeared to be in good condition, but upon my request to remove the screen protector, it revealed two significant scratches on the screen.

This experience was a complete waste of my time, and I strongly advise others to avoid dealing with this business.

Scam Alert! This person is a total scammer he negotiates on a price online and calls you at his store at Madison centre by the name Mobo electronics. He would then disagree on the price negotiated and would say that you negotiated with an online team member he doesn't know who so he wouldn't honor the price. He blantantly ignores the negotiations. There were 2 other customers who were upset at the store as this person called them from Abbotsford showed them another phone online and at the store said that one is sold this is what I have. Avoid this scammer at all cost.

Fixed my Redmi phone in a day. As i called others but nobody has the screen in stock. They got the screen by evening and fixed in 1 hour. They waited for me around half an hour because they were about to close the store.

Just got a repair done for a cracked screen of my iPhone 7 Plus today. The service tech provided professional and prompt service. I could tell the screen he used for the replacement was a quality product while the fee he charged was extremely competitive compared to other businesses nearby. Highly recommend!

This guy who works here will waste your time, just standing there not helping at all, was so angry, he was not gay friendly either, which is why he gave me a hard time, also not knowing how his business works. I'll never set foot in this place again. (I explained 3 time what was happening, and he just stands there waiting and that makes you upset, like any normal person.

I got my iPhone 11 screen replaced here and 2 weeks afterwards the screen began getting black streaks down the side. It has progressively been getting worse and worse. Despite me never dropping my phone the staff insisted it was physically damaged and therefore would not honor the 30 day warranty that was promised at the time of purchase. Likely worth paying the extra cash to go to Apple and get a higher quality product from a company that stands behind them.

I bought a Samsung S10 here and its totally working fine. I usually come down here to do repairs and buy stuff as well. Best place for Repairing the screens. I broke my xs screen and they fixed within 20 minutes. And gave me free screen protector with that. Before that my friend came to fix s20 ultra screen and he recommended me. This is best place for fixing. And the price is very genuine than others.

This is the first time I have ever left a review in my life. My experience here was horrible. They completely damaged my wife’s phone. We came there to fix a cracked screen. 2 months later the screen was unusable. They refused to fix the phone under warranty, claiming we did physical damage. It was very obvious that there was no physical damage to the phone, due to the bulky phone case. Save your self money do not trust this store with your phone.

Since my last review I had 2 Wish packages to pick up at this location. Both times I had to deal with a rude and disrespectful persons. One of my Wish package was several orders in the same plastic bag, that I did not know. Just by curiosity I asked the young girl if all 4 items are together?
She replied back aggressively: "I AM TELLING YOU THEY ARE ALL TOGETER". Despite her attitude I did open the package to double check.

On my way out of the store she aggressively said: " I TOLD YOU THEY ARE ALL TOGETHER, STUPID".

I already changed my Wish point of drop off and would never ever have business with this store.

Fast, timely service. Came off the street with a broken screen. Manager quoted 45 minutes to replace my screen but had it done it done in 30.

Decent and thoughtful customer handling, unfortunately the staff seems more concerned with offering speedy solutions while willingly sacrificing lasting quality- their stars could be higher or lower but I wouldn’t recommend this businesses above any other “screen fix” kiosk.

Got a cracked screen replaced, but had some issues with the scrolling so had to go back and get a new one. They said there were issues with their latest shipment of screens which caused it. I ended up having the same issue and they refused to refund and wouldn’t fix it without an extra payment. The employee argued with me and got heated pretty quickly about giving a refund. This happened a few months ago but the screen still sucks and i just didn’t want to let this go. I didn’t get any resolution from management or head office when I called either so good luck. The WORST place to go for your screen fixed.

The gentleman that repaired my cracked phone screen was very prompt and meticulous. I used to have repairs completed closer to where I live but I’ll be coming here from now on.
