Mobilyf - Cell Phone and Laptop Repair in North Vancouver

Needed a very small solder on the circuit board to attach the battery on my garmin watch. He did a great job and fixed it quickly for a fair price. Highly recommend using them for any small electronics repair.

I went to get my battery replaced in my new iPhone 12. Quoted a day for the service. Went back the next day, same time. There was no one in store - no problem I’ll come back in an hour. Nope, still no one in store.
Went back the next day to pick it up. Pay a decent amount for it. I bring it home, set it up. Phone starts randomly shutting off, resetting, and turns back on and drops massive percentages.
Go back the next day to get the faulty battery replaced. Quoted a day again.
Go back the next day under the 7-day warranty they gave me. He calls me a couple hours later saying that he needs to remove the screen to get to the faulty battery.
Texts me a couple hours later again, the screen has a white line through the left side of the screen. He has to replace the screen. Okay - yeah that’s fine.
The next day I go back to get my “perfectly working phone”. I find out that A) they downloaded a random Asian app on my phone B) the screen is not an actual apple part {and the quality was so bad} C) the battery was not 100% battery health D) the phone still randomly shuts off {so he must have messed with the hardware}
Overall VERY unsatisfied.

They fixed my partner’s Galaxy S20 with a new screen. It was expensive but no problems so far and a speedy service. Very happy, would recommend!

This store is the best. The service is excellent. My phone had a virus that blocked me out of it. It was fixed with no loss of info or pictures from my phone. The cost was more than reasonable. I'm here forever. Thank you!

Very happy & satisfied with the repair done to my phone. Nasr quoted me a price and stuck to it even though a previous repair (from another shop) had glued the back on with so much glue it was impossible to remove it without damaging it. Nasr had a spare back plate and did not charge me for it. (thanks Nasr)

My Samsung s2 tablet would not charge and we thought we may need to search for a new one. Nasr replaced the battery and the charging cord and was so patient and helpful! I think we have found the best "go to" repair shop for laptops, tablets and smart phones on the north shore.

I had an exceptional experience at Mobilyf Cell Care who provided a service the Apple Store either couldn't or wouldn't provide! I had an out-of-warranty iPhone with a stripped bottom case screw preventing me from replacing the battery. I was pleasantly surprised by Mobilyf Cell Care's ability to successfully tackle this issue, which the Genius Bar wouldn't address because the mobile was not covered by Apple Care.

I was greeted by friendly and knowledgeable staff, the technician demonstrated remarkable skills by removing the stripped screw from the bottom case in a few hours and, overall, I was amazed at how efficiently an issue the Apple Store had turned away was resolved.

They answered all my questions, ensured I understood the repair process and the potential risks to the phone (i.e, possibility of breaking the screen during the repair). The entire experience was hassle-free, transparent, and reasonably priced.

My wife's cellphone was broken and I brought it to Nasser he repaired it in an hour and now the cellphone works like new! The price was reasonable and the staff is friendly, simply the best in North Shore!

Charged me way off of what he quoted for screen repair, didn’t correctly fix the phone and the screen started getting black patches within a week. Don’t go here.
