Got my lashes and nails done today at Moca, eyelashes were done well by Olivia. But the nails done by Miu was such a disappointment. Miu had bad attitude and rushed service. She finished the entire job in less than 50 mins. Later I found one of the nail did not have the top coat done properly and returned to the store.she then aggressively blamed me saying that I did not put the nail under the light for long enough. The way she receives customer shocked me. Not to mention I wasted half an hour back and forth to fix this one coating and not only there was no apology but I was greeted by such terrible attitude. Picture shown below, the touch felt rough and unpolished, I don’t understand how she treats customers like this and not checking her work and blaming on us. $100 wasted and very disappointed. She doesn’t seems happy doing her job, save urself money and avoid Miu and look for another people for any lashes and nails service.

I have been going to Moca for my lashes for almost 9 months. The experience is pretty good until recent visit with one of the new technician. 90% of lashes fell out after one week. My previous lash extensions done by other technicians were long lasting for at least 3 weeks and that is the main reason I keep going back to Moca. I paid the same price with very different quality of service. The technicians’ skill really matters.

Parking is a bit of a gamble, but you can tell your nails are well cared for when you see her brush strokes!

I did it with Miu, I am not impressed with the result. Quite unevenly and she didn’t cut my cuticle. Including the removal only took 45mins to finish. Lack of detail and care. I will go for the other technician next time.

Excellent service and great prices. They last a long time too (I’ve gone 5 weeks between) unless you sleep on your side lol.

I go there for eyelashes extensions, the staff are always friendly and professional!
The only downside is it is not easy to find parking during 3-6pm.

One of my close girlfriend recommended. They did not disappoint and went above and beyond! The nails were extremely difficult to do, but they did an amazing job. Now I kept coming back and recommended my other girlfriends too! If you haven't been, don't hesitate to give them a try.

Great place to get your nail done. Even though their place is very busy, they still take care of their customers with full heart. Strongly recommend to book an appointment as early as possible. I booked next appointment right after they finished my nails this time.

Have been here for couple years. It used to be really nice service but not anymore. Rude and terrible customer service! Need to find a new nail salon now. Never suffered such a bad service ever!

I've been there since they opened, they always give me very natural eyelash extension with reasonable price. As far as I know, all technicians are very friendly and can be focus on details. Highly recommend!
