Most spectacular place on the planet earth, have ate like a lot of pizzas from here, every time is very good, would recommend to everyone to go here if you want a pizza better than anywhere else.

Came here after hearing amazing things and I couldn't have been more blown away! My favorite pizza of all time (and I have tried ALOT!) I will come here every chance I get S I absolutely love the build your own option, sometimes other places make it so difficult or expensive.

Super friendly staff and really really nice clean outdoor patio. 10/10 recommend. I love when workers seem happy and you can truly feel the team spirit extra plus!

Really great build your own pizza. One price, add whatever toppings. Thin crust about 20$ with a soft drink.

Here you will find great tasting food, good staffing, and a clever approach to selling pizza!

The crust was cooked perfectly, the ratio of toppings was excellent, and the variety of choices is very fun.

The staff were very kind and efficient.

The pricing is balanced, especially since you do not typically get to have a specific configuration for a pizza without extra fees.

My pizza-loving boyfriend also had a pizza, and said that it was tasty, decent value, and a cool concept.

I'm looking forward to trying one of the drinks in a combo with a pizza wrap thingy next!

So happy this franchise is in Canada now. Had a great (standard for Mod Pizza) dining experience here recently. Owner jumped in to the production line because it was busy. Really generous attitude and a great salad and pizza lunch! Thanks can’t wait to be back soon!

Slowest service - lunch time 2 staff working - great pizza but can’t get one on a lunch break. No time.

The best pizza we have had in a long time. Nanaimo has been lacking on quality clean pizza and now they have it at a reasonable price. We each ordered loaded custom pizzas and they were fast and delicious without the bloated feeling. Highly recommend this place!

This place is so good! The topping selection is awesome, and the fact that it's a flat price makes it very affordable. My first pizza was unfortunately a little burned on the bottom, they were more than happy to remake my order. The mod cakes are delicious. Really impressed with the customer service and food!

Terrible experience. Will be in no hurry to go back. Went at 1pm. Only 2 staff. Q prepping pizza and 1 cooking. Took 20mins to prep 2 pizzas in front of me. Lady in front then ordered 4. Would have been an hour before I would have had pizza. Left without ordering

The service is great. They are friendly and the quality of food is amazing. They greet everyone as they come in. The toppings are of good quality

Two stars because the staff were friendly.
Worst, most bland pizza I ever ate. Hardly any toppings added and what was put on was not spread out very well. Cheese wasn't even fully melted.
Not worth the money I paid at all.

Heaven for vegetarians (I hope for meat eaters too). Lots of options for toppings at same price. Staff is trained well and friendly. And very fast and efficient. Hope they soon have delivery option.

If you have Celiac Disease, a wheat allergy, or other gluten intolerances, don’t treat yourself to a gluten free pizza here.
It’s not safe.
I paid $4 extra dollars to be safe from gluten.
They didn’t change their flour-covered gloves to touch the crust.

Also, when I finally did get my pizza, it was super burnt.
So scorched I could’ve chipped a tooth, had I continued to bite into it.

I don’t know why I continued to even eat it, maybe it’s because I paid a whopping $20 for it, not certain. I am familiar with fire baked pizza and I understand the difference between singed a little and burnt to a crisp…
This was burnt to oblivion, and not just around the edges.

Don’t waste your money.
0 cross contamination protocol and disappointing and expensive for what you get.

BEST PIZZA hands down. This place is absolutely incredible, the service was fast and the staff are great, and the pizzas are absolutely delicious. I would 100% recommended! So so yummy! Please try it!

We will be back highly recommended, no preservatives lots of topping choices. Watching it being cooked in the open fire oven, priceless. Best pizza place in Nanaimo. #modpizza
