This place is the best nail salon I have ever been to! They take you in on time, the customer service is amazing and everyone that works there is incredibly talented. I never worry about who does my fill because I know whichever nail tech does my nails will do an impeccable job.

The best Nail Salon in Surrey, very friendly and lovely staff very detailed and very good at the work they do I would recommend them if you are looking for nice nails and pedicure

The lady did perfect job. I loved it. They dont make you uncomfortable by talking in their own language like other nail salons. They even offered me a drink. Such a great experience.

The best pedicure I've ever had which totally saved my extreme drying out feet. Feel so prepared so lots of walking now. The hot stone massage was such a special bonus it gave me tears. I really wish regular people that come in to places like this would stop showing such huge vibes of privilege. The people working here deserve so much better! Felt extremely lucky to be welcomed here, they even returned my missed call even though they were so busy

I choose to do my nails here based on the good reviews and no regrets. I have a salon close to me in a commercial center, but it doesn't have good reviews, and I like more privacy. It's true, this salon is a little bit far from my house.
I had a manicure and pedicure, nothing fancy the employees and the owner are very nice people. My nail technician did a good job. The prices are not high.
Overall, it was a good experience.

Amazing service. Best nail salon i have ever been. Their prices are reasonable, please never change your price ranges. Management is brilliant. I got pedicure and overlay services. Its suck a nice gesture how they offer you water/tea the whole time you are there. It will be my forever go to nail salon.

My SIL and I went there for a pedicure! A treat for us! Highly recommend this salon. Attentive service, polite, friendly and very clean. The ladies doing our pedicure spoke English to us and were very attentive. They were not talking to each other at all. Great for anyone that has sensory issues- calm atmosphere. The experience was not rushed and therefore we felt pampered! Will definitely go again

Brought my 3 year old for a mani pedi with dad. They were so nice and did a fantastic job on both our nails:)

I have been here a few times now. They are so friendly and helpful. They went above and beyond to make sure my daughter and I were comfortable. Their prices are very reasonable and they do great pedicures. I will definitely continue to come here.

I went to get my nails done here for the first time Sunday. The people were nice, service was good as well.
The reason why i'm not giving a good review is because my nail polish is chipped already and it hasn't even been one day. I'm very disappointed

Had a great experience at model nails and spa. They are super clean and use sterilized equipment when doing nails, they offer great service and are super friendly!

The lady there ruined my eyebrow and even ruined my hair by falling wax over it. Instead ladies there were giggling and gossiping, had nothing to do. They didn’t charge me for that. But i am really unhappy, with my hair and my eyebrows. I can’t even fix it. Really bad staff.

I have never had a bad experience here and they do amazing work! My nails last 3 weeks with no lifting. I moved across the bridge and will always travel to here!

I came to get an acrylic fill, because I had a 4 week old set from another salon. Lana saw the condition they were in and gave me a new full set for the same price as a fill! Not only I was more than impressed with how they turned out, but the service was incredible. It is a super welcoming environment and they offer you beverages as well! Definitely my go to from now on.

They are super nice, friendly, and accommodating. The only thing was that some nails were a bit crooked, a little bubbling, and could've used another coat. In natural light/bright room it was pretty translucent and you could see the ripples in the gel which some friends noticed on their own.
Looked ok in the moment but my fault for not looking closer as I was in a rush and I'm sure they would've fixed.

It was my first visit to this nail salon. Lana my nail technician was extremely patient and did a great job! I will use their services again and highly recommend this nail salon! The staff is very accommodating and friendly five stars for sure.

I love coming here. Lana and Henry are so kind and friendly, my nails always come out perfect, and they last a very long time considering I go a month between refills (I am lazy lol) and abuse my nails at work (landscaping). Very relaxing vibe in the shop as well, with sort of old school 90s decor that I love. Highly recommend!

This place is absolutely amazing and can do it all. Everytime I ask them for something they do it and do I exactly the way I asked for it. Every other salon I've been to always says they can't or it's too much or it's too hard. They take Every challenge head on and do it to perfection. I will never go anywhere else and if I could give them more than 5 stars I absolutely would

AMAZING! I’ve been to quite a few nail salons in over a decade of getting my nails done and this one is one of the better ones out there! Everyone is super kind, the techs are all skilled and they are really accommodating! Not to mention the price point is perfect! If you’re in Surrey and need some nail love, go here!

My experience with them was amazing. They are very warm, welcoming and talented. I was confused about the base color for my French nail tip. They guided me and gave me options and I was able to get the results of my choice. They are very polite and you feel like you are being given individual attention. Tbe owners are very nice and the hospitality is amazing. I have found my go to place for pedicures and manicures. I would love to see them soon again.

I’ve been going here for over a year now and every visit has been pleasant. I love going here to get my nails done. Lana and her husband cares about their customers and will make sure you leave happy and satisfied every time. Just make sure to be on time with your appointment as it can get busy sometimes.

I just loved their service. I was paying more at the other place & was going there every 2 weeks to get somethg fixed bt its been three weeks my nails still look good. Definitely sticking with this place.

I’ve been here a few times and had a number of services: shellac pedicure, shellac manicure, regular manicure and regular pedicure. They are very kind and attentive to their customers. Excellent customer service overall. Really fair price, it’s my new regular nail salon now. My partner also really enjoys joining me to get a pedicure, he is a huge fan!

Had a misunderstanding but was welcomed back and the owners made the situation not only right but exceeded my expectations. You can tell the owners care about their customers and the service they provide, it really shows. I’m super happy with my nails and have already had compliments in the few hours since I left there! If it’s busy in there, that’s a testament to their hard work and good reputation.

Model nails is amazing especially for the price. I’ve been getting my nails done for 4 years now and been to sooooo many different nails salons in these past years and model nails has the best service, they listen to what I want, they offer me drinks, they have a hot stone massage for pedicures, and regular massage, and it’s just a great price, as if in van it’s so expensive and don’t do the best job.

I'm very happy with the manicure and pedicure I got here. They worked quickly and were very friendly from the moment I got there to the moment I left. Would come back here and recommend it to my friends and family.

Wow! The lady that did my nails (forgot to ask her name, she is one of the owners I believe) did such an amazing job! I have been here a handful of times now and keep forgetting to leave a review, but she definitely deserves more than five stars. I think I can speak for most woman when I say, it can be SO frustrating when you have to tell your nail tech over and over that they missed something or it doesn't look right. I NEVER have to do that here. She is so precise and thorough, I feel confident leaving it up to her to decide what looks best. She makes sure my nails are all the same shape, size, etc. Makes sure to clean up rough edges and under nails without me having to ask. I am so happy I found this gem! Won't be going anywhere ever again. No more rude nail ladies, she is AMAZING!

I had been going to a different nail salon and was not happy with the quality of their service, so I decided to try Model Nails. I am so happy with this nail salon. Excellent customer service, very professional and clean. Super nice and friendly staff. They did an excellent job on my pedicure and my nails. This is by far the best place I've been to. I have found my new nail salon. I highly recommend!

Very friendly staff. Amazing service. I also love how they play Americas got talent lol. I also bring my six year old with me and they are so great with him. Highly highly recommend them!

The owners are this lovely couple who often go around the place and serve refreshments like coffee, juice, water, or tea. They do a good job and they always have America’s Got Talent playing on their TVs. Great customer service
