Beware of ordering online. No store credit or refunds. Takes weeks to come in for pick up. No timeline of when things will arrive. Basically lost time and money. Not shopping at here again.

Bad customer service I have ever seen
I go there regularly to buy products for my shop but will never go there again
I went there at 5: 25 but the lady was rude to me and didn't help me she said it's closed and business hours were until 5: 30 on Fridays.

This place is the most disgusting ever! I go there always and the people there are terrible with managing the store! They ask me to leave the store and they lock the front door to go grab things from inside for me! If u guys don’t trust your customers either hire more people to watch the shop or put some cameras! I am a regular customer been going there for 4 years and never ever something like that happen to me! Or I suggest open a window and hand the product to your customer from behind the window!
This is unbelievable! For products costs less than 10$.
On top of that! U can check your customers number and see how much they spend before you insult them this way

Amazing customer service, today i came at 9: 25 am, i ask a lady at cashier for help because i rush to go to work she is very professional and detail after 10 min everything i need be ready.

I went to the shop and ordered mats because they said it was in stock in Calgary. Five weeks and two follow ups later before they told me that it was sitting in their warehouse. I agree with previous reviews, management needs to improve communication with customers regarding orders. I found staff unorganized and poorly trained.
