Would give minus stars if possible. Called and asked if I could pick up curlers. Was told yes and that they would be happy to sell them and keep it aside. Drove there in a snow storm only to be told they only sell to professionals. The customer service was incredibly rude. Would be nice if they said this on the phone or clearly on the site. It does say on the site but you really need to be looking for the information. High key not recommend.

Some of the best costumer service I’ve experienced. Diane took the time to help me with my exchange. Even though it took some time to deal with the matter I left extremely satisfied. Great place with super friendly staff. 10/10:)

Went all the way there only to find out I can't buy anything if I'm not a professional hairstylist. Should put it on the site that it does not cater to regular folks looking to buy hair products

Spent half an hour driving after doing hours of research to find I’m not allowed to enter the store without being a licensed esthetician. Not even to buy stuff like shampoos and semi permanent color. Waste of my money and I don’t even get into the store. Put that very clearly on your website and google add.

I should have got the ladies name that was working, super enjoyable. Also, as a new stylist it was really nice to have her spend the time with me, talking about options of products.

Location is great since I work downtown, but the main reason I visit this store the most is because the staff has always been so pleasant to deal with. Consistency is key and the team they have are a good fit. Thank you for the great shopping experience every time!

The staff went back and forth for me several times to pick up the distant products. She never gave up on me and was kind.
