Very thorough and professional except the fan in the downstairs shower was left on and not noticed fo several days

Super easy to book online, and the technician was polite and got our extremely dirty furnace and vents clean very quickly.

We had Alec do the Duct cleaning, He did a professional job and was very good at work, He also had to come back as there was a noise coming from the Furnace after, He did fix that problem and put in a new Filter, thanks I do not agree with the high price for not even 2 hours of work! Don’t think to many Households can afford it this Days that’s a lot of $$

Modern PURAIR South Okanagan did an amazing job cleaning and repairing the dryer vents in our 12 Townhome Strata complex. Matthew and Jeff were excellent to work with along with the Modern PURAIR booking team. Matthew and Jeff went out of their way to ensure the job was done fast, done well, and done right!

Very friendly, professional and knowledgeable. They went above and beyond in their service on our house. We would definitely use their service again.

Our technician was such a professional young man, he explained everything to me and worked very hard to ensure that we were dust free. We had never gotten the ducts cleaned since we bought the house, so I am confident that it was a lot of work. He had also had to cancel the appointment after me. 4.5 stars The technician was very good, and answered all my questions. He did, however, miss rechecking one upstairs vent after blowing the forced air - the vent was packed full of toys and garbage. There may still be a few toy blocks and such that I missed pulling out. I may have distracted him with questions? The furnace hasn't kicked back in yet, so I can't comment on whether this has fixed the 'noises' from the furnace.

Nick was a little late but had the courtesy to Phone and say so which was a good start. When he got here he was patient explaining everything regarding what I asked to be done and what else he could do. He was kind careful and intent on doing a good job! And he had a great attitude! Great vent cleaning service from Modern Purair. Bobby and Caz showed up on time and provided exceptional customer service with explaining what they were going to do and how. This is the second time I’ve used this brand in Canada. They do an excellent job and provide good value for the money. You can’t put a price on clean air.

Bobby was our service technician, he was very knowledgeable and answered all our questions, which we had many. Our service was to have all ducts and vents cleaned; it was quick and quite a pleasant experience actually. Due to our families high intolerance of pollutants Bobby explained two features sold by Modern Purair he believed would help, in fact he’s upgraded his furnace with the polarized media air cleaner and uvv/uvc lights, we’ve opted to do the same. Looking forward to having these two systems installed to help us breathe better in our home.

Bobby was very thorough with his professional service, starting with an inspection of our HVAC systems. He reviewed what work was recommended and why, and also what was not needed because the system was in good shape. The advice on only doing what was needed and not upselling unnecessary services built trust and confidence. The work was done carefully and fully explained afterwards. Care was taken to keep our home clean. Definitely recommend Purair and their service technician.

Just had Ryan with PurAir clean our ducts today. Superb job, its been awhile: detailed explanations, showed me the "harvested product", sealed a pre-existing vent hole and turned off all the lights as he left the basement. There's a better feeling in the house. See you next time Ryan!

On Friday Oct 11th 2019 we had our ducts cleaned by Ryan Collinson. I appreciated that he called about 25 minutes before the scheduled appointment time. He did a walk thru the house with me, answering all my questions and explained the process in term I could understand. He also shared with us the other cleaning services that were available, explaining the benefits of each. We chose to have the ducts sanitized as well. Ryan pointed out that the filter we had in our furnace was inefficient and explained to me the benefits of a good pleated filter. We have changed the filter and have really noticed less dust and a difference in the air quality.
Ryan was prompt, personable and very knowledgeable about all the services that PurAir offers. I wouldn't hesitate to refer my friends to your company. Even though your prices are on the high side, I truly believe that you get what you pay for and in this case it sure was worth it.

Our technician Rick was amazing and cleaned out our dryer venting system recently. He was also the technician in our previous home for our whole home ventilation cleaning when we had our first child to make sure our home was clean and safe.
