Lindsay Block-Glass is hands down the best realtor I have ever had (and I have had some good ones)! She prepared an extensive study of the selling prices of comparable homes in the same area of Victoria. She connected us with contractors for carpentry, painting, tank removal and landscaping, and all contractors did a stellar job preparing the home for sale. Her company also offers a staging expert. Perhaps best of all, she was absolutely responsive to every text, phone call or email. She ended up getting us an offer well above our asking price! I cannot say enough good about Lindsay as an agent - “above and beyond” does not even come close!
