Our main objectives was to select an agent with a solid track record in marketing, quick sales, selling price vs listing & more importantly experience/reviews from former customers.
We initially selected 4 agents which was reduced after a detaied research based on above criteria. Scott came well prepared for our initial meeting - provided more information on his "Track Record" as well as a detailed "Sales Plan". All of our objectives/concerns were covered & as we were satisied & impressed with his overall attitude/approach we did not meet with any other agents & listed with the Moe Real Estate Team".
We made the right decision as all our objectives were not only met but exceeded as our Home sold on day 1 & well above list price. This was largely due to to Scott's direct involvement with other Agent's with interested clients.

For us, the difference is in the meticulous details - explaining the process, being highly responsive by text, email and phone. Covering off each other to ensure there is no delay in communication or deadlines. The patience and compassionate approach when tensions and stress run high. We used Scott and his Team to help us sell our condo in Cloverdale and find a house big enough for our growing family. The real estate team that really stood out was the MOE Real Estate Team. Scott and his Team knew the area we lived in and hoped to find a house inside and out. When Scott came over to look at our condo he was easy to talk to and seemed to understand us right away. He made a few suggestions to get the place ready for sale which included some paint and new flooring and he even had a company that could do the job – and what a great job they did! As a result of these fixes and his awesome marketing job our condo sold right away for over the asking price! After the sale Toni helped find us an amazing house and made sure our offer stood out among the many received. We can’t thank the entire team enough for the help and will recommend them in the future to our friends and family.

Scott MOE and his team did an excellent job selling our home. The MOE team was very professional and efficient. Whenever we had a questions or concerns, they were right there to provide answers or walk us through the process. They had an awesome photographer who took superb pictures and video. When I had to list my Town House I really wasnt sure who to get.
