The momos at this place are exceptional, especially the tandoori-style ones. Their Schezwan fried rice is also a delight. I've been there a few times, and they've never let me down. The staff is friendly, and I adore the ambiance.

They take almost an hour for a take away and kept us waiting while they delivered a bunch of others food in the mean time. Do not recommend.

Slow as hell. Very bad service. They said food will be ready in 15 minutes, we came to pick up in 20 and waited for 25 minutes more! Have enjoyed the food before and came back for it but can't be running a business like this and say there is not enough people in the kitchen to cook.

Had a craving for dumplings and unexpectedly stumbled into this place. A unique selection of Indian Asain fusion, we mainly stuck with dumplings but will definitely be going back to try some of the other items on the menu. The dumplings and soup hit the spot with great flavors, and I loved the Mango Lassi! 5/5

The service was friendly and attentive, in addition, they have a unique robot that drops food off to your table. Very clean and comfortable atmosphere.

Visiting Vancouver and chose this restaurant on our first evening out. Excellent choice! Yummy food, excellent wait staff and food was even brought to the table by a cool Cat robot!

Great food, even better ambiance. Owner is very friendly and makes sure everything is right.

The restaurant is nicely renovated. We went for dim sum and the food is very affordable but the quality is just ok. The bbq pork buns were the best thing we tried, shrimp dumplings and lotus leaf sticky rice were just ok and the sui mai was tough and lacking flavour. The server was very polite, unfortunately they were out of jasmine tea and despite there only being 5 other people in the restaurant our food took a very long time to come. When it finally came we were waiting 20-30 more minutes for the sticky rice so we were finished our meal when it came out.

Enjoyed the Lunch Nep Chi Non-Veg Combo from Momo Factory on Davie St earlier this week. The lunch special is available every day from 12-5pm.

The combo came with chicken Manchurian, chicken fried rice & 4 chicken momos (fried or steamed). I chose fried. For spice level, I went medium to hot.

Everything was flavourful and delicious. I devoured everything on the plate. Definitely an impressive lunch offering.

Amazing food, reminded me of the indo-chinese food from Bombay! Really friendly staff as well. If you don’t do spice, go for the Mild option - everything from momos to soups & fried rice was very tasty.

This late afternoon i went with my wife & daughter to try out this restaurant.and had the best food experience which reminded my wife of her childhood food on Linking road Bandra.especially the fried rice.we both grew up in Mumbai (Bombay) and we felt the taste here was authentic! It was nostalgic taste!

Unfortunately new management pulling this place down. Neptune Chinese kitchen served outstanding Chinese cuisine. Now momo factory change it for Indo-Chinese kitchen serving Piro piro masala goat with no meat! Just bones! The bar at the restaurant got changed into a manager office and bathrooms are filthy. Prices extremely higher on delivery apps than in restaurant. It used to be our favourite place. I guess not anymore. Shame.

We really enjoyed the food! The place is a fusion of Indian and Chinese food, and the result is delicious. The place was not crowded when we ate there, Sunday evening. They have packages that allow to taste different dishes, and have vegetarian friendly menu. I was curious about the robot serving some tables, but we got a friendly human to take our orders. The mumus are yummy, but I prefer the soups and the curry, although, the sweet chocolate mumu was a great choice. Te portions are good too! We got leftovers to go.

Ordered food over the phone on Saturday night. We came on time to pick up the order and several waitresses inquire about what we needed, which was good, and they told us the order will be ready soon. After 20 minutes of waiting, we asked again about the order, there has been a misunderstanding between them and the kitchen and the order wasn't even started. We waited in total around 40 minutes, standing, for our order, no compensation was offered.
Waitresses were nice and apologetic but would have at least expected to be offered a drink or something on the house.
Food was really good though which made us forget a little bit about the wait.

I tried a couple of things there but only the soup was good. They need to work on their taste.

Really yummy food and great service. I highly recommend! They also have open mic and it's alot of fun.

Customer service is absolutely lovely. They make sure you are satisfied with the food or they'll make you a new dish altogether, with a smile! You don't see that in North America at all - such a pleasure!
Also the food is and the flavors are quite on par as well!

I recently visited Momo Factory for the second time with high hopes, but unfortunately, my experience was marred by poor customer service, incomplete orders, and a lack of attention from the staff. Our server seemed disinterested in our table.

To make matters worse, our orders were incomplete, with items missing. When we asked our server to fix the issues, we were met with indifference and had to wait an excessive amount of time for the rest of the items to be brought out. To top it off, our drinks were also delayed, arriving much later than our appetizers.

Throughout our meal, the staff seemed uninterested in addressing our concerns or making any effort to improve our experience. They were disorganized and inattentive, leaving us feeling neglected and frustrated. We left the restaurant feeling disappointed and dissatisfied with the entire experience.

Based on my experience, I cannot recommend Momo Factory to anyone looking for quality service or a pleasant dining experience. If you're looking for attentive service and complete orders, this is not the place to go.

An absolute treat is what I would say this restaurant is! Authentic Indo-Chinese, the food hit all the right taste buds without being too spicy and overwhelming. Had an enjoyable meal my kids and bff. The cost of the food is very affordable and not a rip-off. A perfect spot to eat on Davis Street.

The food was okay, the taste could be a bit better for the dumplings and congee, but the chicken was really good! And the plating was really nice! Ordered three things and was it pretty expensive.

The servers were okay, friendly, but they literally ignored us besides for taking our order.

Very delicious food and very nice atmosphere; chill music and excellent sound isolation, as you don't hear any noise from the busy street outside! We had the chicken steamed momos and then veggie manchurian and fried rice with chicken, all of which were so good we'll definitely come back for more. The waitresses were very sweet and recommended some of our dishes. Thank you for a super pleasant dinner! I strongly recommend this place.

Pretty terrible all around. We ordered 3 different kinds of momos to go. We were told the order would be ready in 20min and it took 45. They were only serving two tables so they weren't exactly busy. I wouldn't have written a bad review had the food been good though. The tandoori momos were fine, but the two orders of steamed momos were completely raw on the bottom (pictured below). We didn't realize this until we got home of course, and when I called to inform them and ask for my money back, the manager argued with me, then told me to bring them back so he could see them and then he would make me more. I didn't want to wait for another 45minutes, so here I am. I'm sure it goes without saying that we won't be back.

Great food and friendly staff. We really enjoyed the "Momo" dumplings as well as several other entrees. I look forward to visiting Momo factory on another Vancouver visit!

Worst run restaurant in this city as you can never get their food threw fantuan and uber eats! Spend 40 minutes waiting for order to be confirmed only to find that they do not use these providers anymore. So I called to complain and the new owner hung up on me! The restaurant is filthy anyway and i should not be eating there anyway! You’ve been warned! Stay away!

Place and website feel half finished. Just a giant open space with chairs and barstools that feel like they’ll break.

I went back to the restaurant after about 3 months to get my favourite fried squid again. The price was the same, but I was hugely disappointed that the portion got reduced to half. I felt ripped off. I asked for medium spicy, but it was way spicy than I thought (but it’s ok. I’m more disappointed about the portion.) Also, the bowl of rice I had last time was Asian sticky rice, but this time I got dried Indian rice (in the menu, it just says plain rice.)

The servers were nice, but they did very minimum. Not sure if I want to come back.
