I received a phone call a few weeks ago, about renewing my installment loan. I thought about it and went in to renew it. Karam helped me. She was fast and efficient and kind. I really appreciate her help and explanation of things. She offered me the insurance, but I declined it. I'm trying to keep my payments at a certain rate. I was never explained this at the old/ now closed Money Mart on Sumas Way. You see, I was paying for insurance and didn't know it. I appreciate people's honesty. This is what keeps me coming back.

Beware. I was a victim of identity theft through MoneyMart, and they were absolutely terrible to deal with and trying to rectify the situation; I had to do all of the legwork myself. They took no responsibility for what they did, and I have to have credit alerts on my accounts for the next six years to watch for fraud. Thanks to MoneyMart.

They even had the audacity to call me to collect on the fraudulent loan that was taken out in my name. DO NOT use this service.
