This store need some immediate attention. I came on Oct 28th and store was close before closing time and no notice on door. So, I kept calling and knocking door. Today, I went with my wife and felt like something is wrong with staff. A guy and lady was kept talking in different language to each other while helping customers. I felt like they concentrated more on their talking than helping customer. And how bad it is that they don’t consider that they are at work and they are talking in different language. I think money mart need to give attention to their employees. I will understand if they have customer and talking to customer in different language due to customers need but it’s not acceptable when they talk to each other in different language while helping customers. I hope they can fix this problem. I saw message from your office asking to call but I posted very detailed information so I was expecting higher authority to look into it to fix issues rather than me calling and pointing same things which I already mentioned above. This is serious concern that employee works in Canada and don’t talk in English during work. Also, if they are closing early due to any reasons as customer I expect them to put notice on door so people like me is not wasting time standing outside.

The lady who helped me on Canada Day did an amazing job. Despite being super swamped she took the time to make sure I got the help I needed converting foreign funds into Canadian. She deserves recognition and more.

The customer services is very slow I went in this location to barrow a payday laon. The white lady said you only approved $200. I went to a different location in Langley I got approved $1700. I will not recommend this location the white lady also rude.

Went to cash a cheque from tax return. Call the night before to see if they could cash cheque in morning? They said No problem! They said that there computer systems would not let them do it? They lady tried calling management. And I wait for over 45 minutes. And no return call. Went to different location they cashed cheque in 5 minutes! Don’t go here very poor customer service!
