Honestly it depends on who you deal with some people just haven't a clue how to be helpful to their clientele where as others just make your visit something to smile about.

The staff at the Luckakuck location by Best Buy are THE BEST. They are calm under pressure and their customer service is EXCELLENT. Shoutout to Zane; We Appreciate You!

Really friendly and polite cashiers I had no grievances conducting my business Michelle was especially helpful.

Always helpful and very polite and friendly. I live downtown and go out of my way every month to come to this location instead of the one downtown, because the downtown one has been nothing but shockingly rude and unprofessional. However the money mart on luckakuck have always been extremely helpful with any issues that arise, and have always been super friendly towards costumers, exceedingly so when i was having issues (that the downtown one started) they did all they could to solve the problem as fast as they could, and would even phone me with updates until it did get resolved. Totally reccommend to any money mart customers (:

I went to this location with my friend and the staff here right from very first greeting were grumpy and had a horrible attitude. Very unprofessional. They were cutting her off as she tried to speak. My friend is a very gentle soul and very kind spoken. When she left here she was in tears. They had no intention of helping her work through the situation at all and left her feeling hopeless. Christmas holidays are stressful enough and she was just trying to pay off what she owed and then be able to go Christmas shopping for her kids. If they had dealt with a difficult customer previously that ruined their ability to give friendly service to others then they should have taken a breather and released that negative energy so they could transition to their next interactions with a more customer service friendly manner. Very disappointed and will be going to the downtown Yale location instead where they seem a lot more friendly and helpful.
