I visited them on a weekend and luckily at the right time, very quick and professional hairstylist, left happy with the service.

On the website and their sign says they open at 10am but when I reached there 9: 59 just one minute earlier they said we are opening in 6 minutes.
Even though the door was open but the kicked me out saying we open in 6 minutes.
Don’t go this place!

I always used to get compliments on my haircut by VICKI, but I recently found out that he no longer works there. Vicki, where are you? Many people are missing you for hair styling, so please share your new location or create a Facebook page or if anyone knows please share friends.

Only place I will go for my eyebrows! Prices are great and you never have to wait for more than a few minutes. Highly recommend this place

I was regular customer till recently. I tried to get service there, but stuff is siting and chating on the back. I waited for 10 min. And left. Two times in a row. Never going there again.

Did not have the courage to trust anyone else at the parlor with my hair. Disappointed.just turned back.

I found out today that Vicky no longer works here, he was the only reason my son and I have been getting our hair cut here for the past 5+ years! I asked where he went to but was given a vague answer about him taking a break… anyone know where he went? Where are you Vicky? !? !

A bit overrated imo. Waiting area often gets cramped. Services are economical. Caters sufficiently to the Indian diaspora around here.

Over all is good…. But today is bad for me…as i did threading the lady Navdeep is just keep talking with me n during that she forgot my instruction n she literally clean my eyebrows as i want thicker as before…. Since 5 month i am coming here for the same but this time is so so bad……….

No doubt they are good in many services but hair clor is not their specialty. They don’t tell you about the side effects and after care. I used to love my hair after paying them$270 I started hating my hair. All thanks to them

Nobody answers the phone and when you walk in no one acknowledges you. Not professional at all.

Got my haircut from Vickey several times and always got people asking about the hairdresser.
Just as context, I have tried many salons and barbers in Toronto and Vancouver.nobody can do sick fades as him!

I tried many salons but never got the type of haircut I wanted till I came to this place. Vicky is an amazing hair stylist and always go with the hair cut i ask him to do. He’s really good at suggesting which hairstyle would look best on you. The most friendly and professional person I’ve ever seen.

A clean and hygienic salon.
Threading and Waxing was quick and well done.

The lady who usually does the eyebrows of most of people is discourteous and annoying. She never listens to the instructions properly and does the eyebrows in uneven fashion. Me and my friend have experienced this now for almost 3-4 times and have decided not to go the place anymore.

Horrible service and zero courtesy. This is the second time this has happened to me here. I waited 40 min for a haircut, then the guy who does haircuts named Vicky takes a lady who arrived after me to do her threading then he takes another guy who arrived after me to do his haircut. One hour has passed by now and at that point Vicky says that guy had an appointment. For some reason unknown to me if he Vicky doesn't like you then you better find some where else to go. He can discriminate against you and your helpless. Little does he know that when this place first opened up we were some of their first customers. I really hope the owner has a talk with this employee.discrimination should not be allowed anywhere anytime.

I come here all the time to get my eyebrows threaded and usually have been happy with it. Today was different. All I got was attitude from this lady and she spent 1 minute on my eyebrows. Now, I don't care if you don't clean my face yourself but at the end, she didn't even offer me a tissue to wipe the excess hair off my face. I was so annoyed I left without looking too much at my eyebrows. When I got home, I noticed a bald spot on the end of my eyebrow. I guess I will pay an extra $3 for the salon down the street or will wait for a better person next time who will treat me fairly and nice.

Got haircut for my daughter today and eyebrows for myself. I have been regular customer and today is the worst experience ever.haircut done by some amateur just been 2 months here. I asked for layer cut and all he did was straight cut which even I could have done myself.and eyebrows done uneven and one too thin than other.now we have to live with this until they are grown to make it better.feel like fooled and deceived.they sure lack customer service

I have to say that they were great for a while, but then when I went back, the wait was long, everyone was yelling over each other and when I left my face was so red and irritated from the person going over the same spot over and over. Lets not forget about the time I tried to walk in and they weren't even close to closing and they barricaded me from even entering, I asked for just eyebrows and upper lip (That service should be 10 min tops) and they didn't even bother. You lost a customer because your staff didn't want to take my money. How unfortunate

I don't hate this place but management needs to get more skilled staff. They wrecked my niece's eyebrows and cut her skin. Not happy about it. Please get more experienced and professional staff.

My initial thoughts about the place was good.but the more I go.the less I like the place.have started looking for a different saloon near my place.

I have been coming to Money’s hair salon for for 16 years for threading of my eye brows and upper lip. The price is extremely affordable. I have always had a great experience. The staff is very hard working and friendly. I highly recommend them! ️‍️

Worst haircut ever! The girl i got did my haircut in 5 minutes. And its not like it was busy, it was dead in there. I asked her again and again to just clean up and not make then a lot shorter, she just listened to later part. Now my hair is uneven. Won’t recommend it.

Went here for threading and really liked it! Did a thorough job! It's not nicely decorated or anything but they do a good job at threading.

No creativity whatsoever. Just did whatever he felt like. Did not listen when I told him. Kept going. Like it was a race to cut the hair.

It's going to take months for his hair to grow back. The guy thinks he knows what he is doing so he doesn't even listen to the customer. I called back and gave him a taste of medicine. Prolly running high on himself cause he gets people who have no idea about here. But that doesn't mean you DO not listen to your customer. You just don't cut someone's hair without carefully asking what customer wants. Once you cut off too much it's too late. This is common sense?

This guy Vicki is simply a Robot and does whatever he feels with ABSOLUTELY NO REGARD to his customer wants.

Dont waste your time on this place. The wait time here are outrageous. There is a guy who does a great job but rest of them are useless.
They can reduce the wait time by having more qualified ppl who know what they are doing.
I felt bad for the guy as he seemed extremely tired coz there were 6ppl in the Salon and they all were waiting for that one guy while the other females (Specially the skinnier one) gossiped about customers.
Never going back. I bet the owner wil soon realise the business module is failing.

I just moved to New Westminster and was told Moneys was a great place to get your eyebrows done. I’ve now been three times, the first was okay, the second, a man did by appointment, and I left with crooked eyebrows. Today I went, I thought one last try and now I’m almost in tears because my eyebrows are so crooked even my 8 year old daughter can see it. I went back to see if they could fix them, and they said they could fix it by cutting more off, which they did, but it didn’t change the shape or position of my brows. Hack job, I’ll never go back.
