When the binder says $0.25 per sheet but they tell you the price is now 100% higher at $0.50 and don't give you the sticker price because they haven't "updated their binder" that's when you shop somewhere else. Best of luck

Very happy with the service and quality of the calendar I had printed. Staff were friendly, courteous and patient with me as it took me several tries to send quality photo's for the most ideal print. Thanks so much guys. This is going to be a very special gift.

Over the last three years, every November, I have spent 700-1000 dollars on calendars. This year because the price has increased ten dollars per unit, I drastically reduced my order. When I brought up this fact to the staff present, I was treated with contempt and derision. Looking over the calendars later I noticed the quality of the finished product was quite poor. Nothing like previous orders. Due to the large price increase, the poor quality and the terrible customer service, I will no longer purchase anything from Monks. I will also lobby my place of employment to do the same. They are a private school who purchase a great quantity of photocopy paper, toner cartridges etc.

Your response did nothing to address my concerns. Prices of this, product with other companies have not gone up to the extreme your company has increased them. I was not provided a proof of this project and mistakenly assumed you would do a good job. As I mentioned I have spent 700-1000 dollars each year for the last three years on calendars. They showcase my photography. The calendars you produced are woefully poor in quality and take away from the photographs. They will be destroyed. I prefer dealing with a local company but not when employees of that company are rude, disrespectful and ignore valid concerns. Treating customers in that manner is a poor business practice even for a local company.

Had a good experience with them with printing, but I needed another copy done and that’s where things went south. Communication was completely lost after that and it was really unfortunate after following up with the staff member who was helping me. Totally decided to ignore my emails… not sure why but now we have nothing for our party decals.

I went in today to print a copy of a letter to [ ] which the punk there to help me spent more time reading than actually setting up my simple print job - as if it was his job to censure every document which passed through his hands. I doubt it if he were bright enough to understand what it was that I had written thereupon that document which so fascinated him.

In my thoughts, his was an iniquitous invasion of privacy. There was nothing of the helpful clerk in the punk whatsoever - and I doubt if I'll return tither for to fulfill future print jobs. There are few other places and most are out of the way, but privacy and courtesy are essential to a proper customer client relationship.and this punk fell far astray of courtesy and compliance.

Went in there 3 times for simple scanning services, everytime they struggled to scan documents. I don't know if they have new staff everytime or what but it's a big disappointment to go there. Would go to staples from now on.

Great store, phenomenal staff. While all the staff were great, a special shout-out to Cole from the printing department. Cole made sure everything for my little project went off without a hitch, and everything was done in an impressingly timely manner.

Called at noon to get some same day printing. "No problem" said Laura, they will be done by the end of day today.
Cole sends an email at 4pm saying "You can have this end of day tomorrow. " So I called, and he scoffed at me. "Not possible, the docket got filled. " What an unprofessional waste of time.

Bad service: talk behind the customer, and ask the customer to write under a chair while there is plenty space on the table.

Girl behind the glass where you make copies was unwelcoming and rude, even tossed my flash drive on the counter after she was done and pointed at the cashier so I could go and pay, made it seem like I was the biggest inconvenience of her day. Bad bad costumer service.
