For the most part, this agency has been pretty good however, they did not have the toner cartridge in stock, specific to the printer/copier we lease from them. As such, we were in a bind when the printer stopped working on a Friday and I explained (more than once) that we needed these leaflets for Sunday. We were told they could order the part to be delivered by Monday, not helpful! When I asked where I could get copies printed, they offered to do them. When I arrived to pick up and pay for them, I was stunned at receiving a bill for a cost of over $269! Had they had the toner in stock, I would have done them myself for far less than that! Never again! I will go elsewhere if in a pinch!

Had some work done at the copy centre. The ladies are very knowledgeable about Monks

Amazing service! Margaret at the Monk Office here in duncan helped me with superb assistance when I needed help with my broken glasses, and also informed me of a special deal for students! I will definitely come here again.

Good for basic supplies. Will price match Staples (local). Parcels can be sent from here. Short run digital printing is good and reasonably fast.

Monk Office in Duncan is the best. The printing is always on point, I love the pen selection, and the staff are the best people.

My local, go-to for office supplies and printing needs. Friendly, they've got a good selection and provide fast service. Plus they're Vancouver Island based, always preferred.

Great stationery selection. A bit pricier than big box store counterparts, but its worth it to support downtown businesses!
