They refused to serve us tap water which was different from a few month ago. $3 a bottle at a karaoke bar that serve alcohol is bad: (

The service is good and every service staff is very friendly. It’s worth going to this place again.

Very good atmosphere! Food is so delicious and the price is very friendly for people! The staff are all nice and passionate. I will definitely come to have fun next time!

This KTV was terrible. I could smell extremely strong marijuana meters away from their entrance so I decided not to go in however my friends insisted to give it a try. The smell was even worse as we entered a ktv room. I told one of the Asian manager there if we could change another room and he just rolled his eyes and replied “ all the rooms are the same”, and I asked “what do you mean? ”. We ended up in different room with the same Terrible smell. I highly not recommended unless you are a pothead.

We were told by the workers that the health and safety board said that they are not allowed to serve tap water because it is not up to saftey standards. This seemed like a lie because they wanted to sell u s bottled water. Questionable establishment.

They have good service, and I recommend if you are first time being here and please ask server to teach you how to use the system. Is easy after they tell us to using first initials of each song or artist

Songs super outdated. System not easy to search for singers/songs compared to other karaoke places

We went to their all you can sing on a Saturday afternoon (2-6pm), it was 25+tax per person.

What I liked:
- super cute and cozy decorations
- accepted credit cards
- no minimum food spend, they say 25$ and 25+tax it was

What I disliked:
- the karaoke system didn't have the Japanese songs I liked, such as one ok rock (they carried about 8 songs only)
- we could sometimes hear the mic from another room popping into our speaker channel
- the staff was slightly intimidating, but maybe they weren't in a good mood
- the small room we got was spacious for two yet small for three people
- food, especially tea, is pricy (~$10)
- the parking restrictions for the plaza was very strict, you can only park for 3 hours even after registering your license plate

Notes:
- I didn't try the food but they carried Basque cheese cake which looked great
- try to reserve, even for all you can sing. The first time I went they were packed and we couldn't be accomodated

Room decor is adorable and the seats are comfy. The price is also reasonable. There’s an English song selection and it’s decent though like most Asian karaoke systems, it’s difficult to find what you’re looking for.

We went to sing with friends today. We chose the very good happyhour all you can sing. Although this ktv is not very big, it is warm enough inside, the service attitude is also very good, the price is reasonable, and each room has different As for the theme, what we got was a small private room for three people. There were cute dolls for taking pictures and the sound effects were also very good. Like it very much! Recommended~

I've been to quite a few different karaoke places in Van, Burnaby, and Richmond, but this has been one of my favourite experiences! The decor is ADORABLE, the drink prices are better than most other places, and they had music videos for almost every song. The only con was the system for selecting songs is annoying to navigate and definitely not catered to finding English or Japanese songs.

That being said, the part that stood out and made me want to write a review was the STAFF. They were all SO friendly and went above and beyond. For example, when he saw us taking pics at the adorable photo wall, he volunteered to take a bunch for us and was a very enthusiastic photographer. Would definitely recommend this place, especially if they iron out the problems with their system

I have never been so speechless in my life. What I know is that the front desk didn't know where to think that he was a careless gangster. He talked to the guests in a fussy way and felt like he couldn't speak well.

Staff was amazing as we got there, venue was nice, system was impossible to search up songs since you have to scroll through the songs.the only thing that we didnt appreciate was the securtity guard wouldnt stop bothering us when our friends would be laying down looking at their phones and the security guard would STARE AT US THROUGH THE WINDOW, making us super uncomfortable.would want to rate this pretty high but we got more disappointed the longer we were there because of that security guard.

A great experience! The prices are fair and the service is good! I enjoy partying and drinking here and I'm happy my girlfriend love it

I highly recommend Monster L for reasonable prices and good service！The quality is great, and I love their interior design. It's a great place for photos and parties.
