Awful firm. STAY FAR AWAY.
They were handling the trust for real estate development. When the project was no longer moving forward, it's taken over 2 months to receive escrowed deposit back, and as of writing this, still haven't received funds.
Communication from Cole Ferencz and Rosebel Schnoor has been abysmal. Sometimes would go a week without hearing a response or update on the status of processing.
Then, finally when the wire transfer was sent, it was sent with incomplete information. I spent weeks going back and forth with Rosebel in accounting, and even contacted Rod Mont.
To date, the only response I get is that they've sent emails to their banking institution.
Their demeanor throughout all communications is apathetic and indifferent at best.
Go elsewhere for your legal needs.

Called in, was hoping to set up a consultation and was told by the person, who answered the phone- oh no, we don’t deal with that.sounded like they were too big of a law firm and my issue was too insignificant for them to allocate 10 min to discuss. Ok, will take my issue and my wallet elsewhere

Fit us in a tight time frame on a less than straight forward transaction. Did a great job in a very timely manner
