Our waiter Jeremy was fantastic. Lots of good energy and suggestions. Had a wonderful visit. Food came out fast and hot.

Always a pleasure when we go to Kelowna and stop for lunch, never had a bad meal and Jeremy is a gem for this location.always friendly and very personable.makes anyone feel at home and always acknowledges everyone.great staff and food two thumbs up

I usually only review when I have a negative experience, but tonight was definitely fantastic. Food was absolutely delicious, and delivered within a timely manner and just overall looked so yummy! For paying roughly about $30 at most a meal (for my family) there is not one thing I could complain about. Nick was our server tonight and it was relevant that he had more tables to look after, yet still attentive, funny and genuine, not only to us but to every single one of his tables. Nick made our time here better than we could’ve anticipated, the best service that I have been given in a long time. He had such good things to say about the restaurant, you can tell when someone loves their job. Not one table left unhappy. This Montanas location should be proud and grateful for their staff but especially Nick, fantastic server and truly cares about his guests. Fantastic Job! Will be back time and time again! Thank you!

Everytihing was delicious, the food looked so fresh, vegies, salad, the chicken was really juicy.

Every time I come here, I’m pleasantly surprised at how friendly and comfortable Jeremy makes me. Even if I’m a little down, I’ll leave with a smile. Good food, excellent service. Our Kelowna Montana’s is alway good.

Nice restaurant, they have a pub some & family side options. Big menu with lots of options. Friendly staff and yummy food.

Fantastic service, great ambiance. Food came super quick. I went there on after not eating all day and was so hungry I could barely think straight. The waitress, Sophie, was super helpful and pointed out a popular burger. I went for it, and while it was't quite what I wanted, was overall tasty and satisfying. Only minor complaint is that the quality of the patty on the burger was not the highest, or at least not my kind of patty I've enjoyed at other comparable restaurants.

Not only was the food better than I was hoping for, they worked with me and my diet restrictions. The service was excellent, honestly the best service I have had in Kelowna. I have to mention that our server was fantastic. You know you will be in good hands if Jeremy is working your table.

My boyfriend and I came in and sat in lounge this evening. The bartender Cale, served us. It was great service. Food was also very good.

It was a bit of disappointment.
Or maybe I had to much expectations, but my steak it wasn't tender as it should be and for 30$ it was a little like your finger touch your thumb
It was supposed to be a romantic dinner and instead was a sad taste of what we ordered.
At least the waiter was exceptional, that's the only reason I gave them 3 stars

I recently went here for dinner with a friend while on a vacation in Kelowna. The food was delicious and the service was excellent. Our server was really friendly and attentive. Would definitely go back if in Kelowna again.

Unlike many restaurants they allowed me to place a take out order just a few minutes before closing.this impressed me! Food was pretty great too

Really enjoyed the food, I had the wings and rib combo with fries and everything was fresh and hot the wings where nice and crispy (I ordered them well done) I would definitely come back. Montanas is a nice place to take your family really relaxed environment.

We love visiting this Montana's! The staff is always very helpful and friendly! The kids love to draw on the brown paper table cover. The food is always delicious! I tried the veggie burger with mayo on the side. I chose a garden salad as a side. Also pictured is a buttermilk chicken sandwich, plain with the addition of bacon, a side of fries and gravy. The kids had pasta with cucumbers, pizza with apple slices and ribs with mashed potatoes. Everything was great!

Awesome place to be! There was this gurl sophie i needed help with some loose change and she was so awesome so polite and i am definitely going to dine in here with such staff️

Staff is always friendly and very accommodating. Decent beer selection and not a bad place to watch a game. Food is consistent every time I've been here (5 times).

Went with my family, about a year ago. We all enjoyed the food and drinks and grand kid enjoyed colouring on the giant paper roll on top of the table. Good times for everyone

It’s our family favourite. Only downside is that we prefer the older decor - less tv screens etc. Food and service is still great

We don't have a Montana's near us but always enjoy the food and atmosphere. Particularly enjoyed our salad with grilled chicken, pecans, apple and feta. Great on a hot day.

This place is great! Love the wings and when you go on Mondays they are half priced! Very tasty and our server Sophie was the best! If her manager is reading this, she deserves a raise. She made my day off of a simple act of kindness! Chipotle Honey is where it's at!

So I went to the restaurant, and when I asked to order what was on the website, I was told that they were on a limited menu because of vivid, Even though every other restaurant has gotten with the times and has reopened with a full menu, if you have a limited menu pull it off your website, don't be so lazy Montana's

The rib and wing combo is EXCELLENT and if that was all I tried then this would be 5 stars…HOWEVER the last 2 times I ordered a steak dinner for me and my wife I felt even I could do better (and did the next day for a cheaper price with a quality cut from T-bones). This repeated experience is INEXCUSABLE from a BBQ restaurant, I don’t feel it’s too far fetched to expect a good steak from a BBQ restaurant like Montana’s.

Dine in protocols in place with high partitions between booths. The staff were very attentive, checking in after we got our lunch order. Had a smoked pulled pork sandwich, chipotle firecracker burger, and the buttermilk fried chicken. The chicken was moist and tender with a crunchy batter and lots of gravy. First time at a Montana's, didn't disappoint and decent portions! Also has a cool outback, country feel inside. Would return.

My second time ever eating at Montana's and I have to say I was less than impressed each time. My first go around my food was good, the service was quick and friendly, but my husband paid five extra dollars on top of the already severely increased fee for a poutine to have mexifries, and they were awful. I have no idea what you're paying an extra 9 dollars for on top of the original French fry cost, as nothing on these fries is fresh in any way, and they're so greasy and sogged out from the liquid cheese they souped them with. So, so, so not worth it. Our second go around, (I thought meh, give them a 2nd chance, everyone has off days, and my personal likes and dislikes aren't everyone's), I ordered the chicken burger with yam fries, and they burnt my burger and bun! Of course we didn't find this out until we were at the college, on our way to Vernon but I called and complained anyways (it was -that burnt!). They had to stay open longer than usual to wait for me to pick up my replacement as we were fairly far away and they closed a few mins into my journey back over there. They were extremely apologetic and did remake me my entire meal, (despite there being absolutely nothing wrong with the fries and aoili), which was a bit of a shock, butttt my shock and appreciation was quickly switched to anger once again as I realized upon arriving home that they'd burnt my replacement burger worse than the first one! I didn't bother attempting to call them a 2nd time knowing they were closed already, and while I probably should have gone back the next day and said something, I didn't so it never did get sorted out or made right but that's my own fault I guess in the end. Not sure I'll give them a third chance, as I sort of feel as though we spent a significant amount of money each time on the food we ordered, in addition to giving very decent tips to the ladies that ran our food to the car each time, never mind the gas I had to waste going back, only to get a replacement burger burnt worse than the original. And I find that insulting and unacceptable, and am left feeling as though I've been robbed a bit each time. Our beef burgers and their yam fries and aoili were delicious though, and the portions are quite robust. Well worth it for those!

Edit: the manager was in contact with me, and sent us a gift card in hopes of us giving Montana's a 3rd chance. We gave them that chance tonight, and my only complaint with any of the food or service was that the onion rings weren't cooked through and were still super battery inside still which was gross, but the rest of the food was super good, it was ready right on time, and brought to the car so quickly once we let them know we were there to pick it up. Much appreciated, despite the undercooked onion rings tonight, thank you!

Went for dinner last night. Had the full rack of ribs with apple butter *Yummy!
Our server Hailey was amazing she was very friendly and made sure our meal was exactly what we ordered, she even got the kitchen to remake my friends order when it came out wrong!
Lovely family atmosphere! Great for kids *they get to draw on the table!
Everything was delicious!

My kids like to say that im pretty picky about my servers so the fact that i was so impressed by our server yesterday speaks volumes to them. I actually havent been here in years and will be back their for my BIRTHDAY in 1 month

Montana's was exceptional! Went here on a date and we both had steak! It was prepared exactly as we asked, quite quickly. Always worth a visit!

My gf and I went there for valentines dinner and it was amazing. Steaks were cooked to perfection everything else was great and the waitresses were good and made sure we had everything we need. We both enjoyed it very very much and we wud recommend it to others and we will be returning ourselves. The only thing I have to say is if u guys cud add a pickle and an olive or 2 or even a small piece of celery to ur ceasers it would make them so much better. I loved the taste dont get me wrong. But it cud use a few more toppings. Other than that great job montannas and we will be seeing u again. Thank you

I think Montana's is the most underrated place for ribs in Kelowna. The food is always on point and the service is always good. We had a waiter named Jeremy today for lunch, he was an absolute beauty

Asked for medium well steak, got well done. Baked potato wasnt baked fully. Cornbread was stale. Server was very kind and willing to help.

Amazingly quick with both appetizers and main courses, food was cooked exactly to our liking. (Boyfriends blue rare steak was amazing!) Their service was very friendly and I hope to go back again! Highly recommend their Apple Butter ribs!
