I went in here for dinner after a long day and had an awesome experience! Jessica did an awesome job and made me feel so comfortable and welcome, and Keisha was fantastic as well. Was a stellar dining experience.

We were rushed and asked every 10 min if we were done with our meal.
It was weekend 745_8.
Food was ok.

Came in earlier and was served by Keisha, Amazing service, Great attitude and atmosphere. Very impressed, definitely coming again!

I waited for 40 mins for seating. But be honestly, the BBQ beef rib is really good and worth it. Better make a reservation before u come.

Food came out cold. It was sitting for a while and then brought out to me. Not worth it for $90.00!

First time at Montana's Langley location, the service was spectacular. My server Amil was very friendly and accommodating. The food servings were generous as well.

Came to Montanas for the first time last night, waited a while for our food but Daniel was a great server and the food was really good!

Worst experience on service ever! I would give it a zero star if I could. Phoned the day before to make a reservation. Was told to call an hour ahead next say to be put on the waiting list, which we did. Called on the next day before we left home, the girl answered the phone told us they don’t take reservations and it was first come first serve. When we arrived, there was an empty table right there with a reservation card on it. Apparently they don’t treat customers the same. Someone gets in with a reservation, some don’t. It’s so unfair and frustrating when you were told first come first serve. But you witness some other party gets in with a reservation. What the hell?
The manager was super rude as well. If we were told your waitlist was full, that’s fine. We are reasonable people. If you are fully reserved, we will pick a different time or go somewhere else. But you don’t tell customers you don’t take reservations, and ends up take SOME reservations as you prefer. It is not your policy that’s the problem. It is how the place is managed. Shame on you, the employees don’t carry out the policy the same. This double standards on treating customers should not be the way to go. Super disappointed at this place.

Our Z Car Club just had our 1st Annual Christmas Party at Montana's in Langley. Fantastic service from all of the friendly Staff, delicious food and it was all delivered quickly and professionally. We had a large group of nearly 40 People, but Montana's handled all of our needs with ease. Our Club will be bookng for Christmas 2024 there, and likley for some of out Monthly meetings. Well done!

My server Keisha was amazing! She was consistent and fast with her service towards my friend and I. She has an excellent personality and made us feel welcomed and cared for. 10/10 for her service towards us.

Very disappointed with the Langley location

I did not receive the quality I expected and the food was cold. The wait staff did not seem to care about me needs while there. Once the food was dropped off after waiting for over 30 minutes I did not get asked once if I needed anything else. I don’t recommend this overpriced McDonald’s of bbq.

Great food and Phenomenal Service!
Our waiter, Amil, gave some of the greatest service my family and I have ever received at a restaurant. He was friendly, helpful, considerate, and was all around a very pleasant person. We hope to see him again next time we come back!

KEISHA was an amazing waitress. Was very impressed how she could write her name upside down.

Burger was okay wasn't bad. Waitress asked us every minute if we wanted more water or if we were okay

We ordered pulled pork sammich+poutine (huge portion) and pulled pork nachos. For delivery it was great! Will be back for ribs&wings

Had taco's, not a fan of no lettuce or shredded cheese. They were ok, but was a bit disappointed. On the other hand, the wife had the potato seafood dish, lots of lobster, so she was elated. So 1 oudda 2, well 50/50. Will come back on Wednesdays to try the all u can eat ribs.

Sam was our waitress and she was very accommodating. She was a prime example of good customer service!

Took over an hour to get my chicken Caesar salad. The salad was massive with maybe half a chicken breast, not impressed, but on the upside, the Kapow shrimp are amazing!

We had an amazing experience being served by Amil tonight. He was friendly, efficient and great at his job. Best service we've had in a long time! I also appreciate them accommodating my dairy allergy! The food was delicious! Will definitely be back:)
