Great, quality food! Tasty tempura sauce. Dynamite roll had two shrimp, yummy! Was more expensive because of that, but nice idea!

When you come here, try the chicken karaage. Well-seasoned batter and very crunchy! The prices are good, the portion is awesome. Our go-to.

Yammy roll, salmon oshi, and the dragon roll are all must-try's. For your main dish, you can try their curry katsu chicken or ramen. They're all great. Staff is friendly

Went to eat here, the Udon was good but the ratio of vegetables to broth was off, too little broccoli and carrots for the dish, but was overall a good bowl. I've read some reviews saying the customer service was great, however It was pretty 'order, eat, get out' type of service, not very welcoming.

The service is pretty fast, the staff are so nice, and the sushi is good, especially considering the price!

Tried the tuna and salmon combo tonight and it’s sooo good and satisfying, cheap price, nice servants, fresh food, definitely worth a come. Dunbar’s hidden treasure.

Sushi was awesome.but service was uncharacteristically very very slow. Almost an hour to get an order for one out.

I came to this place for dinner tonight. Tried california roll, tuna roll, yam roll, miso soup and agedashi tofu. All the sushis were very tasty, had large size and reasonable price. Total price was close to 17.5$ only. The service was very good. Overall the food was very delicious and I would love to try other dishes here next time.

TL;DR: price and quality was meh, it's alright, not awful but I'll probably go somewhere else

Website was a bit confusing but ok to operate, tataki was really good, small portions though, didn't like the smoked salmon, raw fish was good.
Seaweed wasn't chewy, fish wasn't really stringy, but it was a little over priced, if you're in Dunbar and don't feel like going somewhere else for sushi it'll do.

Worst sushi in Vancouver. Almost impressed with how bad it was. I’ve seen more appetizing sushi in a gas station.

I was really impressed- I wasn’t expecting much but when I went inside the aesthetic is really nice! Staff were kind and helpful. Loved that they have a brown rice option, that’s a huge bonus for me when places offer healthy alternatives to favorites! Spicy salmon roll was great, no complaints!

Last Friday I ordered takeout sushi and My sushi was warm. When I started eating my sushi I found a black hair in it and it was not mine because I have blonde hair.

Total knock-out - I loved my dinner from Moon Sushi. The rolls were large and not too much rice - packed with fresh fillings that were perfectly seasoned. The gyoza was hot and tasted homemade. Eating here reminds me why my favourite dishes are my favourites. 10/10 would recommend to a friend.

Today I ordered online from their website and ordered their spicy salmon combo which, on their website, said it would include 4 pieces of sashimi, ebi sushi, California roll.when I took my order home I did. It get what I ordered and when I called in to let them know about this the lady didn’t care. She said the online menu was wrong but didn’t bother making things right.

I will not be going back to Moon Sushi again and will be telling g everybody I know to avoid this place. They knowingly make a mistake and instead of owing up to it they tell you there’s nothing they will be doing about it.

Visited several times and it is pleasant every time. Food is fresh and service is good. The owner seems to be a kind and reliable person. Would definitely visit again.

I am a sushi advocate and wanted to try something new. Moon Sushi did not disappoint. The food is really fresh and tasty. The waitress was very welcoming with her friendly smile. I would recommend this place to my friend and would definitely go here again.

Really enjoyed Moon Sushi. We have visited twice now. Quick service with a smile. Tea is good and is promptly delivered. Sashimi was tasty and fresh. I also loved the teriyaki stir fry! Yum:)

Regularly ordered Moon Sushi and finally took the dive and went in to dine. Small, comfortable, establishment with a welcoming environment. I'm a huge fan of their Yammy Roll and the Tuna Avacado Roll. Will recommend will return again.

We have ordered their veggie party tray for several family gatherings and each time it has been a hit!

We come back again and again for the Paparazzi Roll.
It is amazing, as are some of the other specialty rolls.
Even the salmon/avocado roll is better than a lot of other places in Vancouver. Have no idea how they do it differently, but its just better.

Great value for money, nice cozy spot. Got the sashimi combo and a spicy tuna roll which came out quick. I was especially impressed with the spicy tuna roll, done up fancier than most. Will definitely return.

Food is good, but the service is quite slow. I guess there motto is good things come with patience.

I find this place is good if you visit, but do not deliver or pick up. I have delivered once and picked up once, and both times they did not give me what I ordered. When I picked up they changed two items in my order without informing me.

This is litterally my favorite on-the-go sushi restaurant. The rice, the fish the vegetables, everything tastes fresh and has that "homey" taste. I come all the way from UBC sometimes to pick up my favorite combo. Not to mention the nice and welcoming service. 5 stars.

My first time at Moon Sushi! The food was very delicious and affordable. The service was great! 5/5 will definitely go there more often!

Moon sushi is a great restaurant. The waitress/owner is very nice helpful and friendly. It's my go to place for sushi in Dunbar. Try their salmon oshi. Quite good
