I would like to thank the gentleman that was helping me here today. It was the best customer service I have ever received! I came in today asking for wet food for my 4y old cat who just had a congestive heart failure. The gentleman working today went absolutely above and beyond looking up the best food choices for my cat. He also was extremely sympathetic and left me feeling a a lot better about the entire situation. I will be forever grateful and will shop here again. I highly recommend this store! I placed an order after finding out I couldn't buy the CBD oil that I use for my cat directly from the manufacturer anymore. Moonlight had the oil for the same price and shipped it the next day. They also included a little treat for my kitty. Will definitely re-purchase from Moonlight!

My dog started having seizures and before giving him medication, I wanted to try something more natural. I went online and I saw that CBD oil can help with pet anxiety and seizures. I try to call around and most major pet stores do not sell CBD oil as you need a license to do so. I called moonlight natural pet store and they sold it! I was excited because I didn't want to order it from online, I wanted it as soon as possible. So I drove in, the service was wonderful. The lady asked a lot of question about my dogs as I don't know anything about CBD oil. I've been using my dog on it, hopefully it will work but it's great that the store had that option available without having us order it online and wait. The people who worked are also seemed very knowledgeable.

Best pet store in the city. Owners are super attentive, quality of products are the best you can get, and they always go above and beyond. They do deliveries twice a week if you can’t pick up, and will even custom order items that they don’t have. They also reward customer loyalty with points and discounts. I am not affiliated, just a big fan that chooses to support a local business run by passionate owners.

LOVE Moonlight Natural! This is my best pet-related find in Vancouver, so happy to have them. Wide yet well-vetted variety of products/supplies that do only good for your pet, awesome and knowledgable staff, fantastic delivery times and service, great rewards loyalty program and very fair pricing. I couldn't rave more about Moonlight, whatever you're doing, keep it up! I love that they don't just carry any random item and only carry products they believe is good for your dog while maintaining a wide variety. They're like the Whole Foods for dogs, this is the only place I shop for all my dogs needs. Miguel is looking forward to his next Moonlight delivery!

I ordered many products from Moonlight in preparation for our puppy. The online experience has been a breeze. You can tell the products they carry are well-curated. Local delivery is easy to schedule and fast. We recently had a chance to visit the store, which was clean and organized. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Our pup even got a short training session with some yummy treats. Overall, delightful experience!

Placing my order online was easy and it was great to get free next day delivery (based on the schedule). The delivery person happily took away the extra cardboard packaging from the order at the door, at my request.

Great product so far, had to pay the $10 delivery fee because you do not recognize New West as part of the delivery area, but product arrived fast.
