I picked up a set of tuxedo studs here and they had a few different sets to choose from. The staff was helpful and quick to answer my questions.

I went 4 days ago and I really liked the service, the treatment and kindness were excellent, what I bought looked great and apart from very good prices.thank you very much for the service, the truth is I forgot the name of the seller, but he was a thin person with glasses…. Thank you very much for the service, I recommend it 100%

I have been shopping at Moores at Guildford since I moved to Canada aim 1984 and have spent over $20,000.00 they had awesome managers like Shafiq and Duane and several others but have all moved. Last couple times I was there the service has been poor. The staff are all young and don’t really understand men’s clothing or what’s in stock. I had bought a black Joseph Feiss Blazer and it as looking for a navy one. I went twice and neither of the girls really knew what I was looking for. I asked for navy sports jacket and didn’t really get much response. I asked to speak to the Manager. I was directed to a young lady sitting behind the desk chatting with another lady. The Manager had her legs on the desk. Granted there were no customers but…I just walked out saying I was disappointed and will go to Langley and will let the area manager know. I actually went to Tip Top in the mall to get my sports jacket

After spending almost $20,000.00 at Moores just a general response very disappointing. Not impressed by the response from Moores head office it’s just a standard response to everyone

Just walked in on my lunch looking for a sport jacket today, I actually work right across the street and have been meaning to stop in for sometime now. NEVER AGAIN. When I walked in, a young girl working behind the counter made eye contact with me but never said a word even as I smiled and said Hi! As I proceeded to walk around the store NOBODY acknowledged my existence, not a smile or a hi or how can I be of assistance, whatever verbiage you use to teach your employees. I'm assuming its because my skin is white? Lol I hate to say that, but nothing else makes sense to me. Needless to say, you lost $ today and in the future.

Not the store you should deal with. Rude and incompetent. Over promiss under delivery. Told waste of time to get suits measured and all wrong when it arrived. Purchased a shirt. Never arrived. Day before the wedding and we have to go shopping to resolve all the let downs.

If you are confused what to wear, go to Sam at this location. We went closing time still she was cheerful and gave us best service and helped us to choose right blazer for my partner. Thanks Sam

Went in with grandson khushi helped us, was an excellent shopping experience, my grandson is very happy. Graduation coming up

Much better sales attention after went second time Sunday. Previously was basically told go on website otherwise could not help

What a great place. I like that it’s not one of those places where you look around and select stuff, it has more of a personal touch with salespeople making suggestions and guiding you through the process. Braden especially is a great salesman. He goes that extra mile to make sure you are absolutely happy with your purchase.

Mica (might misspell her name) is a great specialist. She has a good taste & knew how to match everything in the best way. I am happy I came here today!

P. S.would be nice if a suite bag was an option!

Told them I could only spend 500, they said that is fine. Went to the till and it was 700. Bit the bullet and paid to come back when the suit was ready and they don’t even have a suit bag or anything to cover the suit. The only good thing was the service from the girl who helped me. Would not recommend

Shops is well lit and clean. Bought a few things and happy with quality and price but last time there we were asked if we needed help and we said we were ok, they kept trying to help even though we said we didn't need any. (Not a bad thing just a bit annoying)

Abysmal. Honestly shocking.

I bought $700 worth of clothes, within 4 months, half that order had fallen apart.

A belt broke after 2 wears. A pair of pants had a leg split from hip to toe, another had the fly detach from the fabric.

Then I was made to jump through a pile of hoops to make a return.

You will find better quality at walmart and for far cheaper - stay far far away

Friendly, professional and helpful young lady, Alex, assisted me in finding exactly what I was looking for.

Didn't have white blazers anymore. 2nd visit & they didn't have my info & account from a few yrs before. They young lady helping us didn't give me any incentive like last time I visited. Like throwing in a dress shirt on a discount if I was to buy more items.
Then the top button fell off as soon as we got home on the up front, featured on display, flashy suit blazer we got for around $269. Although still probably the only place to go that has large selection & decent pricing in Surrey.

Go in and see Yas not sure if I spelled that right but he's a good guy he really helped me out for my sister wedding when I was in a pinch thanks again for your help I really appreciate it!

Alex was an amazing help! She made the whole process very easy for someone who knows nothing about suits. I’ll definitely be back.

Very rude staff and full of attitude when we walked in these ladies named “Jas” and “Alex” greeted us and we’re right in our faces when we walked in, like calm down im here too buy a suit not a car.didn’t let us have a minute to ourselves, seem to have a lack of understanding customer service, lack of understanding product knowledge and they don’t care about there customers, they are very “pushy pushy “ both them need to be retrained again and get a better understanding of customer respect. Or hire more staff that can do a better job. Very highly overpriced.

Absolutely no helpful manners. No interest in helping you on telephone more like why are bothering us. Poor customer interface.

Just looking around for suits I will be wearing on my daughter wedding in October! I will be satisfied once I will found my suit in perfect size!

I wish I could give more than 5 stars. Helpful and attentive staff. Got a 3 pc suit, tie and shirt for $150.

Good prices, sufficient quality, but the service is a somewhat cunning. The salesperson wanted us to buy two extra accessories, which we refused. Then we were told we’d get the two items for free with a $20 off coupon for signing up for the mailing list, so we agreed. In the end, we somehow got a mere $6 off and still ended up paying for the items.

That’s just one of two examples of promises made that weren’t kept. Maybe we’re too gullible, but it doesn’t feel honest.

At the end of the day though, we got some really good deals and the suits are nice.

If I could give them zero stars I would, the woman we dealt with was RUDE and unhelpful and did not listen to a thing I was asking. Don’t bother, go to another store

Went all over Vancouver trying to find a suite in my size that I liked. I don't know if it's because of supply issues due to COVID but someone suggested I try Moores. I went with little hope and was amazed. Lots of selection, great prices, and you can get custom made suites, and shirts! I don't know why I've never heard of them, but the place is awesome. For anyone trying to get suites, blazers or dress shirts I would strongly encourage you to start here. It would have saved me a lot of time. I finally have a suite that fits like a glove.

Just went to rent a suit and ended up buying a great suit. Simar was very helpful and a great eye for fashion. She decked me out on the first try. I was very happy with the service and had fun buying a suit!

The Sales person was very helpful, couldn't buy the suit. But bought the accessories. But will be back another day to buy the suit.

Great store with great selection of suits and shirts for youth to adults. Friendly, helpful staff.

Customer service started off really good, then disappeared. Maybe end of shift. After trying on 15 shirts and pants I left empty handed.

I am being very honest about what I am saying. I went in to Moore's clothing store today to buy a pair of shoes. The store was busy, however there where at least 4 sales people available talking to each, waiting for customers. I waited one minute, 2,3,4,5 10 minutes waiting for service, while sales people are a few steps away from me. I started to speak to my wife about the terrible customer service. One sales person ask another to assist me, she brought me three pairs of shoes, one being the wrong shoe and left immediately after she put the boxes down. I spoke to the sales manager and she was understanding.however I must say that this was the WORSE service and experience I've ever had in my life. Never again.will I spend my money there and the last time I went to shop there I spent 1000 dollars within 45 minutes. Horrible, disrespectful service at Moore's in Surrey that's the honest truth.

Great customer serivce, salesman was very approachable and friendly, they also have great prices and are always having sales. Would get my next suit from here.

Have had a lot of great experiences here. Buying new suits, coats, ties. Shirts I tend to have a problem with.having no neck, some of the more seasoned people working here can look at you and size you up. My only 'negative' experience was being completely ignored once when I came in looking for shirts. Usually the staffing here are incredibly helpful, with amazing customer service. I imagine I came in on an off day the once (again I have been coming to this location for years and the customer service was tip top except one instance).

Blown away by the great service I was given tonight by the store manager, Penny. I knew what I needed but Penny knew better. We quickly picked out a suit and some other stuff that I needed. Penny was very knowledgeable and was able to give me a really good deal - on top of a top notch experience. The store is packed full of everything you expect and could ever need and even stuff I didn’t know they would carry. I would definitely recommend this store and Penny gets a huge high five from me. Thank you!

Excellent service! Store manager Casey just made sure my son got the best deal possible on his grad suit. I could not believe how well he treated us. Thank you to Casey for your kindness today. I was on a tight budget and went into the store with my 17 year old son and my newborn. I'm tired and in a tight spot financially. Thanks to Casey my son was able to leave with a suit and a HUGE smile on his face

I really like shopping at this Moores. The manager, Penny, is fantastic in helping find the clothes that look best on you.

I popped in and took advantage of their club members sale on accessories! A nice new leather belt for my husband's birthday.

The staff were helpful as always and the whole visit was quick and seamless.

Also I don't know that I would ever buy a dress shirt for my husband from somewhere else. A server spilled chile de queso all down his back while we were in Vegas. A bit of soda and dabbing and it got it well under control, right on his back, didn't need to go back to the hotel to change his shirt. A quick stain treatment and wash when we got home. The shirt is still going strong, stain free, over 6 years later.
