Great shopping experience. Steven helped me out and was very patient and willing to show us many different options. Steven was not pushy at all and was more like a shopping guide rather than a salesman. I would highly recommend a visit to this store when you need a new suit and want a very helpful staff. Recently had a terrible experience dealing with the assistant manager at this location.

Today I went in looking for a suit for my personal needs and met the assistant manager there who's sale tactics were nothing short of pushy and rude. When I walked in he directed me to the certain suits that did not at all fit my needs. When I went to tell him of my budget and what I was looking for, he wouldn't let me finish my statement and then went directly to the suits that he wanted to show me (in the most expensive section) without me finishing explaining what I needed.

When we were looking at the suits, he wouldn't let me analyze the suits on my own which forced me to ask for a few minutes to myself. When I asked, he gave me a maximum of 2 or 3 minutes before he came back and started his old-school sales tactics yet again.

After dealing with him for about 10 minutes I just wanted to leave.which I did AND without a suit at all. If you don't want to be met with pushy sales staff I would encourage you to go elsewhere just as I would. If he was more open and actually listened to me then I would've bought today, but because of him, I will definitely be taking my business elsewhere.

Been helped by an awesome lady named khushman, the place has lots of sizes and colours to choose outta of
specially last minute (my case)
I walked in and out with the whole 9 yards and it only took 20 min in Total to go out with a big smile thanks to a very patient, Friendly, and professional staff like khushman:)
Thank you guys for making this special occasion even better I would most definitely recommend this place.

I went there on March 28th around 11: 00am and pretty quiet the lady name Khushman was really helpful and very patient with me because I was in rush to shop (Last minute shopping for funeral I need black pants and dress)

I totally missed the reviews from Moores email and It expired so I want to make sure Khusman great customer service doesn’t go unnoticed. Definitely coming for my next dress pants shopping!

Needed an outfit ASAP and received what I needed with the help of Vishal. This guy is professional and will make sure you look your best.

When I entering the store I was kindly greeted by a staff member of Moores and her name call Khushman. Khushman was very patient, very professional and very attentive to details. She was knowledgeable about what they carried. I had a pleasant experience with khushman. I definitely recommend anyone looking for quality suits and amazing service to come check them out at their Richmond location!
