Liz and Harinderpal are very helpful. They both worked as a team and helped us get all the clothes my dad needed!

Came in for group tux rental. A bit of confusion since it was from Men's Warehouse but they were super helpful regardless. Liz was professional, friendly and great overall! Thanks for your help and getting me measured!

Was looking to buy a suit for weddings at the end of August. Walked into their Langley store, and was helped by a younger Sales Associate.
Right off the hop, we asked if there were any sales, or promotions on, and were told no.
The sales person first tried to direct me to a sports coat and pants. I repeated that I wanted a suit. He said there were two options, with two different prices points.
He took my measurements, and we tried on a few suits, but decided to leave, to see if, with Graduation season coming, if there were any upcoming deals.
Upon arriving home, we went to the Moore's website, to sign up for alerts, only to find that there was a SCREAMING great sale price on, that very day.
Trying to upsell is one thing.
Deliberately not answering a direct question is another.
I have bought clothing there, many times before, and I will never again shop their stores.

We rented suits for our wedding and the woman we dealt with was extremely unprofessional and gave us entirely wrong information. We were told Moore's only rents 3 colors of suits - black, navy blue, and grey. This is not true. We never would have picked grey if we knew we had other options. Then when we selected the bowtie colours we were given 5 options which again was incorrect so when we said "pink" thinking there was only one shade, nobody clarified. We picked up the suits the day before the wedding to find pocket squares were different colours than ties, and ties were the wrong colours than what we had selected. The woman on the phone was rude and entirely unhelpful and when we went in to speak to the manager he was at least kind but still didn't have any solutions for us other than white pocket squares. So thanks Moore's for ruining the colour of suits for the groom and groomsman. The staff at this store is incompetent and does not value treating customers with respect or adequate service. They didn't even offer a discount or anything for the very expensive suits.

A huge shout out to Richard the manager! I called him on behalf of a total stranger today that was in a mad panic for her son’s prom for tomorrow, and he totally helped her out, he went above and beyond the call of duty. I will definitely be sending more business your way. And thanks for making the strangers day a little bit better.

Richard was amazing with helping us! Came in for a suit rental for a wedding and ended up buying one instead! He took the time to get us all properly fitted, matched the colours we were looking for, and was all around fantastic. The other employee that evening brushed us off, and Richard took the opportunity to go above and beyond. Will send friends and family to him.

Liam was amazing and was super attentive. He has an amazing personality and his knowledge in men’s fashion was exactly what I needed. He went above and beyond in every aspect. He needs a raise! Thanks Liam.

Moores is where I get fitted for suits. The staff is always tremendously helpful and it doesn't hurt that I am a 44" 32" right off the rack. But the biggest plus is the styles and selection. Every man worth his salt needs to be properly fitted and well dressed for certain occasions. Gentlemen, pick your game up!

We choose Moores Langley for our Suit Rentals for our wedding. We worked with Carol and she took care of all of needs. We had grooms men across the Country and she made it super easy for everyone to get measurements done and suits ordered. But the real star of the show was our 6 year old son and Carol was amazing with him! Excellent service from start to finish!

I brought my special needs son in for his grad suit needs, and Gil was so amazingly FANTASTIC and FRIENDLY, he made the whole experience phenomenal. I had a bad experience in this store yesterday. The old male salesperson was so rude. When I told him that there could be a mistake of material on men's suits on Moores' official website (the website says it's 100% wool, while on the suit in their store it says it's 52% wool), this guy replied "then you should go to the website to buy it! " This Moores store has been one of my favorite in Langley for years, but not anymore.
