I recently picked up a new suit, tie and dress shirt from this store and let me just say, I was BLOWN away by the amazing hospitality and customer service experience they provided me. They helped me alter three shirts too and they took the time to check in with me through out the process and made sure I was happy with everything. A big shout out to Ezequiel and Angel for making feel so valued and special. You've earned a customer for life!

I visited about 2 1/2 weeks before my event to buy a suit but I did end up getting fitted with the wrong size. When I came in to pick up my suit, Layla was kind enough to help me reorder the right size! Unfortunately that was about a week before my event, so there was a very tight window. When I came in the day before my event, I was told that shipping got delayed and I wasn’t going to receive my suit on time. Thankfully, Eric was able to work things out, and I left with a near to, if not identical suit to the one I had ordered! I understand mistakes happen and they’re inevitable, but the shipping mishap was completely out of their control! Nonetheless, they handled it very well! Amazing customer service! Thank you!

Where is this the place to go if you want to suit for a reasonable price they have great staff that treat you well they're very efficient they found me a great looking sports jacket for my interview despite the fact I'm a bigger guy and I had problems looking elsewhere

The groom, other groomsmen, and I all went in to get suits for the wedding. Jack could not have been more helpful, courteous, knowledgeable, and welcoming.
We had a great experience because of him AND our suits all come out perfectly.

I actually went to Nordstrom first but the “suit specialist” there was not very helpful. So I went to Moores. Layla is super professional and helped me find the perfect suit that I’m looking for. The price is also very reasonable. I was pleasantly surprised, highly recommend this place.

I came in last minute and on a pretty tight budget but Laila had me looking like a million bucks! It was my first time buying formal clothes and I didn’t really know what I needed and what clothes went with what, but Laila held my hand through the entire process. She knew what colors looked good on me, what fit well, she found me more affordable options that looked sharp and did it all on a tight time frame. I really can’t thank her enough, I had a big formal event to celebrate finishing university and thanks to Laila, I looked great and felt great while celebrating with my friends.

Awkward service. If you're in there to buy a suit they're great, but if you need to return or exchange they give less than adequate service

Cannot say enough about the level of service at this store. You are greeted the moment you walk in and a staff person sticks with you the whole time. I want to especially lift up Fernando. His knowledge and his customer service are top level. I am never disappointed.

Great, friendly staff and customer service! Fernando and Laila were a great help in ordering my custom suit, as well as arranging minor repairs for my pants. Would definitely recommend.

Went in looking for pants.
Ended up spending $170 per pair.
Needed hemming.
The pants were ready 2 days later.
Didn’t have time to try them on.
When I arrived home and looked at the quality of hemming, it was terrible. It looked like a tractor had run over the hem.
And the pants were not pressed!
I expected more from Moores.

I got the best outfit for my new job and Jack and his team were outstanding. I recommend it for all formal and business look clothing. I have to go next week again and i can't wait to shop at Moores! I am wearing a plus side suits Blazers and i like to look great or sharp. Moors will help you enjoy your next visit! Have fun.like me! BRAVO!

I had a great experience getting a suit from Laila here! Suit fits great and she helped myself and my friend get the proper alterations to really make us look our best.

We did initially get assistance from another associate and, when Laila helped out at a later date, she informed us that the sizes ordered for us were not correct for our bodies and Laila was totally right. I do not recall the name of or want to call out this other associate here, but I do worry what the result would have been less than ideal had we not gotten help from Laila out of pure luck.
