Rebecca was very attentive and quick to find what I was looking for and helped with sizing and overall made the whole process very enjoyable.

Absolutely amazing service. My boyfriend was needing an outfit for a last minute wedding we were invited to. The woman who helped us (I can't remember if her name is Mimi or Miri) gave us the BEST customer service we have even received. She was extremely friendly, helpful and funny. Everything she found for us was within our budget and we didn't feel pressured into buying something fancier or more expensive than what we needed or wanted. She made us feel so welcomed and had a great attitude. She made a great impression and was a great sales associate and we will be coming back because of her! Thanks again:)

We went to buy couple of shirts and a tuxedo. Rishu was super helpful for the whole process of selecting and matching each and every item of the tux. There was a lot of variety to choose from and the quality was great! This is one of the bigger stores with selection when it comes to suits/tuxedos in Abbotsford. So glad!

Not the greatest place to rent a tux from.many mess ups with sizes as well they shipped my son's Tux to the wrong location which was 3.5 hours away. I wouldn't recommend

Really poor service. Flawed systems create lots of hassles. If you have another option to rent, take it.

Save yourself time and money and do not go here. We ordered three tuxedos for rental, of a specific brand. When they arrived, two out of the three suits were wrong, and of way cheaper quality than what we originally ordered, but were expected to pay the same price. When we asked why we had different suits from what we ordered, no answer was given. Simply, management does not know why and they will use it as a learning moment. We were given a refund, but with only a week before the wedding, it's kind of useless. Not good service at all, in fact the opposite. Go somewhere else.

The Abbotsford staff were amazing. They resolved any challenges I had and even went above and beyond to help me with my tux rental for my daughter's wedding.

Excellent service, thank you Faryal! I told her what I needed, that is what she showed me. I wasn't taken to the most expensive items or shown things in the wrong colours. I was in and out in ½ hour with exactly the items I needed.

Judgmental people working here. Don't enter in sweatpants or basic clothes ain't nobody gon treat u well. B. S location imma go to the one in Surrey.

I have not shopped here for a while. The clothing choices are really catering to south Asian and I am not unfortunately. Good Tie selection. I used to shop here almost elusively but I looking around more to other stores now. Good staff and attentive. Very Friendly and helpful.

Not really worth the money, they recommend very baggy and overpriced suits.

However, this is Abbotsford, probably best to avoid buying expensive suits here.

I go to Moore’s in Abbotsford because I’m treated like family by Rishu! Always professional and extremely helpful. I’ve been coming to him for years whenever I need my suits/shirts or help finding whatever I might need. I cannot give a higher recommendation - go see Rishu! Always a pleasure my friend!

Tuxedo rentals are outrageous. If it wasn't for a friend's wedding, I would never pay that much to rent clothes for a day. The price is the sole reason for the one star.

However, I was greeted right when I walked in and someone was helping me within 10 seconds.

Excellent service and great price point. They were very obliging and ordered a new suit jacket for my son when he discovered there was a hole in the sleeve when he got dressed for his graduation event. They quickly replaced the jacket. Very impressive! Thank you Moore's

Went to buy some items for a wedding. I wouldn't say we recieved service at all. Two employees walked by at us looking but that was it. We helped ourselves to find the right sizes. When we went to the change rooms we stood around and no one said anything. After 5 minutes and two employees leaning against a shelf with their arms crossed looking at us and just chatting I hung the items back up and left. Definitely did not deserve my business and clearly was not too interested in my business either.

Came here looking for wedding apparel.customer service was poor and we were just shrugged off and not a sense of care provided when explaining what we were looking for.person who helped us had no knowledge in stock available or customization options and said they didn’t have stock but meanwhile we found it while looking on our own.would not recommend

Went into Moores to assist the best man of my wedding to find outfits for our groomsmen. I was disappointed by a few things:
1. The selection was poor. There was minimal colour selection and sizes available. For even basic things like a white dress shirt.
2. The customer service was suboptimal. We were looking around aimlessly and no one offered to help. When we asked for help the person assisting us did not know much about the custom suit options, when asked about other thicker suspenders he stated none were available (I then looked myself and found two options). We then asked if he could separate the suspenders that were tied together so they could be tried on but refused.
Overall, I was very dissatisfied.

Excellent service! Rishu was super helpful and made picking out my suit very easy when I wasn’t quite sure what I was looking for to start. I highly recommend this moores to anyone looking for suit rentals!

Went to moores in a pinch had a sales rep Saachi T help me. Told her I dont know what I'm doing she gave me options and her honest opinion needless to say she made my shopping experience 100 percent painless.

Terrible experience getting a suit rental for my wedding. Went to get it fixed and was basically told there wasn’t much they could do and that rental suits can’t be fitted as nicely.

My husband and I went into this store on June 4,2017 looking for a suit for our son's wedding. NO ONE came over to ask if we needed any help! Just because we weren't in a suit or dress.we were casually dressed.what? We weren't worthy?
I will NOT recommend this place to anyone ever! Just because someone "May seem" like they don't have the money to spend, they shouldn't feel shunned!

Was really good. Sebastian helped us and he is really good at what he does. Constantly getting us exactly what we needed and found us everything we asked for. I got wedding apparel and found it was well priced. Instead of renting, it is more cost effective to just buy it and keep it. $250 is average for rentals, the parts for renting for the groomsmen was actually the same price as they are only wearing pants and a vest. $250 to keep that is very cheap.

Went back to pay the next day and they saved me over $200. Got a $900 suit for 400.

I dread shopping for clothing, but a milestone family occasion approaches and I could no longer elude the necessity. Rather than the dreadful ordeal I anticipated, Sebastian did a superlative job of taking my wife and me through the options, accessories and fitting for a full formal suit ensemble that we were both completely happy with. I actually had a fine experience shopping for clothes! Staff were attentive and matched my energy, facilitating without pushing or overwhelming. They did the same thing with my wife's energy, which is far greater and paired with skill and delight. Great job, and thanks!

Great service towards my 13y old stepson for his wedding outfit. They helped gear everything for him within our budget, no questions asked. This store has clothes not just for men but also for our little men.

I was shopping for a wedding suit with a budget and the girl helping me was very nice and accommodating to the fullest. Very patient and knowledgeable and she helped me find comfortable well fitting, dress clothes. She also met my budget. Definitely a good buy! Saved $300!

We were completely ignored and had to wait by cash register and ask someone if we could pay while they continued ignoring us.

The 3 times I've been there this year have been disappointing and it was all due to poor customer service (I can forgive the lack of bright finishes to non reversible belt clasps.) I've either felt overlooked or looked down upon - possibly because I showed up twice fresh off my blue collar job? I can afford a nice suit and I like to dress nice sometimes, so please don't try to steer me away from the pricey options when I show interest. And please remember men don't always buy nice clothes "to get laid. " Maybe I have to go to my mother's funeral. Thanks.

We were looking for a last minute Grad Tux rental and the staff were very friendly, patient and helpful.

Buy a suit and they don't even hem the pants, you have to pay extra. Not for me. If you pay good money at least hem the pants on the house.

TERRIBLE! My fiancee ordered his outfit in NOVEMBER and now there saying it will arrive 1 day before we leave for our wedding. I went in 1 month prior to confirm, they had entered wrong date, wrong information and had the pickup store somewhere else. They assured me time and time again that it would be ready 1 week beforehand.called them and its "sitting in Toronto waiting to.ship". NOT impressed.dont waste your time here.if you want a stress free experience, shop elsewhere.

Moores is the place men go to look their finest. I've bought many suits over the years there, and plan on going back again soon.

Bought 2 suits and complete 2 sets of accessories for both less the shoes! The customer service was head and shoulders above most places I've visited. Recommend this store, the only reason they didn't get 5 stars was because of the location. It was out side the stores control, but it still counts as part of the experience. I'd say 4.9 Stars.

These guys are incredible. On my way to pick up my suit the night before the wedding, there was a pileup on the highway. I was stuck there until after closing. Richu brought my suit to a gas station and sat there for 2 HOURS waiting, after his shift was done, until 11pm to make sure I got my suit. Incredible, outstanding, wow customer service.
