The two staff members that were working did not come offer to help right away. When the one staff member approached us, he was not clear in his answers and left us more confused. We then went to find the other associate who told us we would just get a different colour of suit but that would be ok. I would not recommend going to this location if you require help with your suits.

Bought a suit and went to pick it up and they had not only billed it twice but changed it to a different colour/brand suit. They said they'd replace it with the correct suit but AGAIN replaced it with a different brand. I ended up with a cheap replacement that doesn't fit very well because I never tried it on. Don't waste your time and money here. One star is too many.

Absolutely professional services are offered at this branch. Mike, the individual who was helping me during my visit, was really professional and offered amazing services. I definitely recommend checking it out

My fiancé prepaid for a bunch of suits for our wedding, we sent a family member to pick them up today and to our surprise, they told us none of them were paid for. We had to repurchase, and now are trying to find our receipts and online banking transactions to be refunded. They also told us they did not have some of the suits in, that were supposed to be in a while ago. Surprise surprise, they found them. Obviously there is no communication between staff members. Now we have to work on getting our money back as we’ve now paid for them twice. All of this stress right before our big day. The associates were also very unhelpful, what an absolutely terrible experience. I highly recommend going to a different store to avoid this massive headache.

First let me be very honest, I was looking for a suit at the last min for a function that just popped up, also had just had dental surgery so I was in a bit of pain and not in the best of moods. So I will take some responsibility for my experience at this store, a grumpy mood does not get the best of responses, I fully understand that. With this in mind the sales person was polite enough. What was lacking was customer service, either due to staffing issues or company policies.

Never Ever buy anything from Moores again especially the store in North Vancouver, they messed up the suit for my son’s wedding and would not accommodate their errors! Went to the the store for correction of their error we are in Whistler, asked them to deliver the suit after we went down there three times, they said they would not bring the suit up to Whistler although it was their error! I should report them to the BbC

Talk with Sid if you go to this store - I have never had a better experience while buying new work clothes. I will go back to this Moores moving forward, even if its more of a drive. Totally worth it.

Harkarit is the best stylist in the business, the north vancouver Moore’s location is privileged to have such a dedicated, passionate person to their craft, I refuse to shop anywhere else but there. Thanks Harkarit for all you do at the store. Keep up the great work, ill be seeing you soon again!

My experiences have been SO inconsistent here. Sometimes the service is great I will walk out with shoes, shirts, pants, and ties. Other times the employees are all on smoke breaks and I leave with cash in hand and my valuable time wasted. Get it together

My husband and I were completely impressed at how attentive and helpful Salim was when we walked into the Brooksbank location. The service we received was a breath of fresh air and like none we have received in a long time. Salim spent a considerable amount of time with us and we never felt like a nuisance. He listened to what we were looking for and offered constructive suggestions.

Dropped in to look around for some post-Christmas deals. Although I didn't find what I personally was looking for in this regard, the service was very friendly and helpful and there was a wide variety of selection (since I am a very common size, I have to be quick to find anything on sale). I have made great purchases there in the past and will be back again in the future.

Spent 1000 on a suit. Didn't even get a cheap suit bag when I picked it up. The alterations discussed were not done or even indicated, so thanks for nothing.

Went in to buy a suit for my Son because they had "specials" on for black friday. Big signs say $249. We were there for an hour and found a suit only to discover sales person was having him try on designer suits! Really felt douped into spending nearly $500 on suit jacket and pants for my teenager! Will not be going back again!

Brought my pants in to get altered for an event I had coming up 3 weeks later. When I showed up to get them on the pick up date (1 day before my event) they informed me that they never started on them since there was a hole in them.

I got no call, no email, no text nothing.and I had no pants to wear for my event. The seamstress was off in 20 minutes and she wouldn't stay to do them for me. SO disappointing.

We decided to rent suits for our groomsmen for our wedding through Moores. We also bought 6 bow ties, socks, and shoes. The bow ties we bought were not in stock and we were promised that they would be with the suits at time of pickup. A few days before your wedding we went to pick up the suits and the bowties were not there. Moores "forgot" to order them.the bow ties they did have in stock were not comparable and they did not have a set of 6 of any style. Being on our way to the sunshine coast, we asked that they find them tat other stores and have the bow ties we originally asked for shipped to us before the weekend (3 days). This didn't happen. I won't be using Moores again in the future and I wouldn't recommend them to anyone else. Unprofessional, unapologetic, and disorganized.

Horrible customer service. Was laughed at and mocked when I didn't wish to pay $300 for Jos Abboud brand pants and wanted more reasonably priced dress pants. I ended up walking out mid conversation after such condescending attitude.

Never again will attend a Moores store. Shameful behavior.

Don't rent your suits from them. Go anywhere else. They discriminate against larger children, and they've changed our order twice without our conscent.

We were in their Park and Tilford location on January 12,2019 to book suits for our wedding party. We reserved four kids suits and decided to buy my fiance's suit from them. We went in and booked the kids suit rental package. We told them we wanted the black pants, white shirt, jacket, vest, bowtie, shoes, and socks. On January 19,2019 we returned to change our vest and bowtie from platinum to Malibu blue. That's when we discovered that the sales person chose to omit our vests and bowties. The manager had to add them. They tried to charge us extra, but the sales girl from our first visit had already told us that the vest and bowtie were included in our rental price. I had to fight the manager to make them honor their original promise. When my fiance returned today to confirm the sizes for the suit rentals, we discovered that they had removed the shoes. We gave the sales girl the boys shoe sizes and she wrote them down; however, today they tried to tell us we asked for the shoes to be removed, which we did not. Now they've had to fix the order twice. Then, after we had already been told it was part of their kids rental package, they charged us to rent the shoes.

To make our experience worse, one of my kids is husky. He doesn't fit the size they were originally trying to rent us. Instead, they informed us that they don't rent to husky kids. The only option they offer for husky sizes is to sell. If they have the merchandise to sell, why on earth won't they rent for larger kids? This screams discrimination. They have no issue renting to smaller kids, but have no interest in having the larger kids as their customers.

Since I don't have faith in their ability to honor our order anymore, I decided to call them this evening and go over the order. I insisted on confirming that the entire order was in fact documented properly this time. When I called her on it, she was full of blame for the sales girl, but wouldn't take any responsibility for the fact that she was supposed to have fixed the order herself the last time, and it was still incorrect. I made her promise me that if we arrive at the store next month to pick up our order and anything is missing, that she will personally overnight courier (at their charge) the missing items to our home. We'll see how that goes.

Honestly, if we had time, I would cancel my order with them. They're completely incompetent. They've messed up our order twice and haven't really taken responsibility for it.

Staff is helpful, great selection of men's clothing. I hate the pricing. Some stuff is as priced others are ridiculously priced only to be immediately discounted 50 percent. Just give me the actual price. I don't feel like I am getting a deal, I feel like I am over paying when some item isn't 50 percent off.

Took my son for a grad suit as I wanted him to have a full habidashery experience. Moore's in Nanaimo filled the bill well. Knowledgeable, attentive and polite. Couldn't ask for much more. Helped with accessories like suspenders, belt, pocket handkerchief, and tie without just trying to sell anything or up-sell for no reason. Well done Moore's! Thank you.
