Just purchased a suit here. The staff were very helpful and knowledgeable to advise me on picking the right one and also when there was a discount on these items the next week, they honored it and gave me the discount. All around great experience! Thank you!

Had an amazing buying experience at this store. Needed a suit for a wedding, and a very nice woman named Binny spent over an hour helping me with different suits and even recommended different shirts to pair with it. I've never gotten this service anywhere else, like the suit stores at Metrotown nearby. Highly recommend visiting this store and getting help from Binny =)

Went in to buy 2shirts and ties a gentleman started helping me asked me to try on 2 shirts then went to help group of 3 men that just entered store and left me there with shirts and never came back. I waited 15 min still nothing meanwhile 2 lady employee’s went by me 3 times saw me standing there waiting for help they didn’t even acknowledge me. Then I even went to them and asked if they worked there they said yes but still didn’t ask if I needed help. Frustrated and very disappointed. I’m left thinking maybe 2 shirts and 2 ties not a big enough sale.

Moores is my favorite store. I buy all my clothes from there.
2 stars because I booked an appointment to customize my wedding suit and had a bad experience:

Store was understaffed. 3 hours in, after choosing the fabric and taking measurements we were told the fabric was out of stock. We felt like we wasted our time. Overall, we didn't feel taken care of. The experience was stressful as we had to keep looking for staff to get help.

If you're buying a suit for your big day, just make sure they have enough staff to look after you and make the experience more enjoyable and less stressful.

We ended up going somewhere else, customized 3 different suits and had better and seamless shopping experience.

I went in looking for a cheap suit for a one time event. Even knowing I wasn’t a big spender, I received the best service I have at any retailer of any kind in years. I was actually moved by it. I felt cared for and had good advice from knowledgeable staff. This is how retail wins out over online sales. People that care about their job and take pride in it. The suit was good, and I even let them up sell me on a few extras because I felt so comfortable spending money there. They earned it.

This is the best Moores branch in lower mainland and Vancouver. They have many options, sizes and brands as well. All of them are professionals, friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. My special thanks to Paul Young. He helped me a lot and he is a smart person. I recommended him to anyone who is coming here. Thank you so very Moores and Paul Young. I wish you much more prosperity and sell.

I rented my tuxedo and groomsmen's suits for my wedding from this location and they went above and beyond my expectations. Excellent customer service, professional advice, and super accommodating.

My pants were initially too long and within a few days they fixed it to the perfect length. Everything fit exceptionally well, especially for myself who is on the shorter side.

Thanks for making me and my boys look GREAT.

It was very unpleasant experience as the staff member who was there to help me choose the right attire seemed irritated that I spend an hour trying different options. He even made a comment about that to his colleague, and we overheard him. I didn't want to deal with him at the end, so I picked most things myself, and had another staff member help me with trying shoes.

People are coming to your stores to spend significant amounts, and they should not be treated by your employees that way. Choosing the right clothing for the special occasions requires time, and professional help from your staff, which I didn't receive this time at all!

If I didn't like your clothes that much, I would probably never come back again. Although, next time I will most likely go to some other Moores store, and avoid you Metrotown location!

I've been a customer for years starting with my high school grad through my friend's weddings and my own. The experience is generally consistent with lots of product options.

What stands above all else is the customer service. Paul from Metrotown is THE MAN. Super helpful, knowledgeable, and a great sense of humour. Visit this store for him.

Huge store with equally huge inventory. My husband and I went there for a new suit for him.

The staff member who helped us was a wealth of information and had a great sense of humour, which made for an enjoyable shopping experience.

The suits are tailored with options such as a tapered leg and a permanent crease if you like. We purchased a suit for $200 plus $12 for tailoring and $10 for a permanent crease.

The rice was right, and it looked great on my husband.

I had a great experience at this store! Elizabeth was awesome, friendly and really knowledgeable and helped me pick up some really good deals/options for me considering I gave her such a short time frame. Much recommended!

Needed a full suit for the next day. Angel was fantastic and helped me find everything I needed. I managed to get all of it fitted in a timely fashion and kept it within my price range. I was worried it would be a pushed into buying things and oversold on things I didn't need. This did not happen at all. Angel was relaxed and cared about making sure I got what was right for me. Great experience overall and definitely going back to this location next time.

We had a very pleasant time shopping at Moores in Burnaby. The employees were very friendly and welcoming. They helped us with everything that we needed and did above and beyond what was expected of them. We ended up buying 4 pairs of suits and 2 pairs of shoes for a really good price. I definitely recommend this place for anyone looking for affordable suits and other formal wear. Better to go here first than other speciality stores that charge almost 3x more.

Visited this location here today with my boyfriend to find him a new suit for an important job interview and we didn't really have any idea of what we wanted.

Mr. K absolutely made our day. He was very friendly, helpful and approachable from the very beginning and gave us amazing advice with his 20+ years of experience. Mr. K helped us pick the perfect suit and we got everything we needed!

Nice, knowledgeable associates who worked with you to find the right product and fit. Did not try to upsell too much and convince you something was something that is wasn't or fit when it did not. Better than the other Moore stores in my experience thus far. Prices were reasonable. Parking is a bit of a hassle unless you are also shopping at Metrotown across the street.

I've been buying men's clothing from Moores for over 30 years and have never had a complaint. Their website doesn't show prices or all their stock so that you develop a personal relationship with your store. It works fine because you just join their client club, which is corporate and subscribe to their phone messaging. They have so many coupons that the local staff can't keep up with all the discounts until they check. I get a phone message once a week and it's worked great. If I have a question I phone the people I know and get excellent service. The staff are always well trained, know their product, are respectful and enjoy helping you. This location is as enjoyable to deal with as any Moores I've dealt with. They added shoes which I've bought and are better for quality and price than other dedicated Chain Shoe Stores. One pair of excellent top brand name brown casuals ended up being under $100!

Stopped by 3 days in a row to make decisions on a suit I was planning on wearing for a time-sensitive event coming up in a few days. I would definitely come back here again if I had any reason to.

Warren was a great help, initially making my options for choosing a suit quite simple and straightforward which is greatly appreciated when the clock's ticking.

Piper was the fastest welcoming staff I've ever come across from a formal attire store and made me very comfortable whilst making my decisions on purchasing pieces from Moores. Without his knowledge on modern day fashion trends and his honest opinions on the standards of suits, I wouldn't have been able to choose the best outfit I've worn so far.

The staff at this location can't be compared to the bland staff I've met at any other locations thus far and I hope they stay for a very long time.

First time ever in my life I visited the Moores. The service I received from Moores @ Richmond Centre was below my expectation. However, when I was trying to return the jacket at Moores @ Metrotown, I experienced impressive customer service from Paul and Warren.

I FOUND IT WAS CRIME TO ASK FOR A REFUND FROM THEM! Instead of simply returning jacket for me, Paul and Warren spent enough time to help me find another sport jacket that fits me better. They also found a couple of stylish dress shirts for me! They were so patient and knowledgeable.

Nowadays, most of the salespersons are driven by commissions. It is so difficult to find such nice salesperson/sales manager in the retail industry. WAY TO GO Paul and Warren!

I received great service from this Moore’s location. When I was at one of their other locations, their sales man was really pushy and kept trying to get me to purchase a custom suit even though I told him the suit I was getting was for a specific event and most likely would be worn sparingly after that. This location was great as they helped me with exactly what I needed and I ended up finding a suit that fit my needs perfectly. The turn around time on the tailoring was pretty quick too as I got the suit back within 5 days

I had an excellent experience shopping here with my fiancé and groomsmen. They have been excellent with accommodations and follow ups!

Rented our tuxedos for my wedding there. Staff was friendly and helpful and walked us how to wear the items. Everything worked out great and I would recommend them. Lexi was very helpful when it came time to get the items and do a final fitting

Went yesterday to get an attire for a gala. A staff member approached me. Didn’t get his name, he was young and sporting a mustache. Very friendly, courteous and most important knowledgeable.

Reasonable pricing and decent quality product wise

These guys do nothing but show you the most expensive items that you don't want. As soon as you look at anything else, the salesmen essentially ignore you. I waited at the register for 5 minutes before being attended to. One employee stared at me while I was at the register and did nothing, remaining stoic the whole time and refusing to help. All Moores locations are the same trash.

Love the service, and selection. I bought a suit and they had a lot to choose from both for color and price. Contemporary, modern styles. Good quality materials. Will go back when I need shirts and ties.

Great service. Sandro helped me with everything. Had a good experience with theys guys. They were very informative and useful.

I came in late to get pants brought in at the waste and was told there wasn't enough time to get it done before my event. However, the manager Paul offered to make room in their schedule and got it done for me on time. Great place great people.

Before I left for an oversea trip I ordered a tailored suite at a price tag over $1000 with a free set of a cheaper suite. It was paid to be tailored. The work was horrifying. When I went to pick up the ordered suite, it was poorly made with loose back, misaligned shoulders. Terrible people as they almost booted me out when their boosted for their poor service and poor quality cloth. Take a look at the phot of the result of tailored suite! Worse than the one from value village. Those people shall be fired.

I just came here with my fiance. We were greeted by Karin (not certain how to spell that). My fiance told him that we are looking for rentals. Karin introduced himself to my fiance only, shook his hand only, and abruptly turned around to lead us towards the back of the store. My fiance said, "This is Selena. " Karin replied, "Yep! " and continued walking without turning around. I responded audibly with, ". Okay? " No response. It was quite audible, since I was feeling irritated.

When we reached the back of the store, Karin pulled 1 chair out, motioned for my fiance to sit, and said that someone will be with us shortly.

He never made eye contact with me.

I later noticed that he was walking around eating a celery stick, then sat down in a chair to watch the TV they had mounted on the wall.

The person who helped us in the back was sweet, but also quite timid, so I didn't think it would be valuable to vent about Karin to her. I sent an email to their customer service instead.

My fiance wanted my opinion before moving forward with his suit rentals, especially since he doesn't know what colour my wedding dress is and I want the suits to complement it. You can imagine what my firm decision was after that experience.

My brother purchased a suit for his grad. They were quick when measuring him for size and the price was affordable. Very helpful workers.

Excellent customer service from the lady who works the tuxedo and suite rental program. Staff very polite and cordial. Would recommend.
