Notice how the owner only replies here, to good ratings; yet, doesn't reply to bad ones? Thereby setting it in stone that he obviously does not like addressing problems with his customer service. Therefore, he doesn't care.

Been in, many times in the past. Wasn't thrilled.

There's a counterman at Mopac named Eric, although he is very knowledgeable, Eric has a very condescending / arrogant attitude to the point of being rude. When talking to Eric on the phone he can be a real difficult person and he uses an in your face demeanor. Rather than dealing with the public, Eric should be in the back stocking shelves, sweeping the floors and making coffee. Mopac has had poor customer service for years and have failed to do anything about it or to make a customers buying experience better

Young guy knew nothing about products told me don't have that but its right there hanging the wall.

Beware. No refunds. Just a vague deceptive 12 word statement regarding returns.wont budge on it at all!

Great selection of products. Justin was helpful and informative with the products we were purchasing.

Received an email from one of their Langley "managers" that blatantly shows and proudly admits that he harshly mistreats their employees for trying to do their jobs. And that his people skills reflect the same mistreatment.

Got my Torqstorm supercharged Tahoe super tuned here on the coldest day of the year in late January lol, Han hooked me way the heck up and after 2 years of daily-driving I have purple oil & the 1-year mark and over 420 horses under the Cowl Induction Hood!

Have to write a review just based on my husband's experience here. After looking for specific boat parts, and finding them (along with great customer service) he would not stop talking about how awesome Mopac is. I am writing this review for him and so he will stop telling me how great Mopac is: P

Anytime I have difficulty in finding a product this is my go to place. Not necessarily for my car either. Often its something for the bost. Friendly knowledgable staff and more importantly the store is well staffed. No fear of waiting in line here!

Attended again today in an attempt to get some acceptance of damage done to my vehicles ECU while being programmed by them at $160.00 per hour. Asked to see manager for 4th time, refused again. No accountability for damage doe to customers car apparently!

They have a great parts department but there mechanic's are idiots. I brought my red foxbody here to have the tune fixed they tried to tell me my blow thru carb was wrong and that I'd need to buy a 1500.00 carb from them that they couldn't get in for a couple of months. My car is a new build the afr is all over the place. Anyways I took it to speedpro and tamer looked at carb that he installed originally. Nothing wrong with carb. The 02 sensor is bad and the fuel pressure regulator is bad. Do not pay 150 hr for dynamic tune when they can not even fix the problems.

I’ve had my good and not-great dealings with them, but they do have a lot of great products and accept returns when warranted. Their Redline oil section is killer.

Lordco.just go there and get professional parts and service. Rick Duda keeps telling me that his new guy is been talked to. New guy tells me I don't know how to put my credit card in a machine, gives us a flex plate without an adapter.then when we return it.yells at us for not asking for an adaptor we did not know even existed. New guy screws up.gets talked to about condescending behavior.then pulls down his mask and yells again. Rick Duda is tired of talking about it.ask for John when you go in.and be amazed at how low the bar can be.

No one carried exhaust gaskets for my 93 vette sure enough MOPAC saved the day with BETTER THAN STOCK product. I'll be back

Money wise it adds up, but its usually the best part of my day.the staff is great to deal with, very knowledgeable. I highly recommended dealing with them.

I always get really good service and advice. And not just advice on how to spend more money. Chris found the right combination of parts to suit my needs for my efi conversion and saved me a good 800 bucks.

Nice and helpful staff, they have a massive selection of parts and always manage to help you find the right one! I can go browsing through the showroom for hours, in fact my first time there, thats what I did.

I wouldnt even give 1 stars thats how bad their customer service also the employees working their have an ego

2 Stars, cause they can usually get you what you need, but very un professional service, so much attitude.was asking a few questions on some parts i needed for my hot rod, while in the middle of the conversation got told " have a good day " and he hung up on me. Don't know why they do this over the phone. Probably because they are one of the only part's shop around for old hot rod parts.but a manager or someone needs to talk to them, and teach them how to speak properly to customers. I dont want to go here again just for that reason. From other reviews read im sure im not the only person who gets treated with attitude when asking for parts over the phone.

Went into the store in regards to an air cleaner for carburetor, was very open to other options even a cold air intake the salesman was not very helpful and very negative
on my way out I seen on the wall cold air intakes that would of what would worked for my truck so I asked what size did these come in and he said exactly the exact size I just inquired about what needed.
Prior to arriving I had called and was Put on hold on the phone for nearly 20 minutes repeatedly be asked to hold each time they answered the phone

Called in to ask about spacers and they told me they had them in stock. Once I got there all the way from north van, I realized they converted the measurements wrong.

The staff were friendly and helpful and Chris who helped me was really great. Found everything I needed. And it was my first time going there. Thank You MoPac

If I could rate 0 stars, I would! I had a race exhaust installed and it was installed incorrectly. The ignorant guy installing it, removed the secondary cats as per my request, but throwing them on the ground like they're garbage was completely unacceptable! No people skills, manners, knowledge and most important.customer service! Why in the hell would anyone go there!

Horrible customer service, will rob you blind if you let them, no knowledge of any kind with what they sell, store credit only on returns. Time and time again ive had a horrible experience with them. Only shop here if all other parts options are dried up.

Hung up on me. No goodbye or thanks for calling or nothing. Just a click of them hanging up. Won't be coming here for anything ever again

There are parts people, usually one person per auto parts store you can talk to, about classic and performance parts. Mopac is pure performance. Anyone who works there is knowledgable, and can help guide you, or refer you to machine shops and engine builders to get you pointed in the right direction for your engine build!

Fabulous selection of performance parts n accessories. Very knowledgeable staff on all aspects of vehicle upgrades. Chris n Justin are very helpful with anything you need.

Stopped in today, spoke briefly to someone arrogant at the counter and left. Have used and liked the service Mopac in the past, but I won't again. I started by asking about a lighting item, the response was so stupid that I decided not to ask about the exhaust system I wanted. I'd rather deal with another place then a total idiot.

The guys there try to give you the best prices every time you go there. Very knowledgeable staff on performance parts for your domestic and some imports.

Very bad return policy. Just another customer that was given the wrong part. Chris even looked at the engine before picking the parts. Spark plugs, cap and rotor for 88 corvette. Everything was incorrect.
In store credit to get something else that won't fit. Thanks for nothing Mopac!

Have bought many parts before. Always what I have asked for. Today I called to price out a full cat-back exhaust kit. Mopac quoted me the exact price off the internet $1860 and simply added on the tax. I had called Dales Motorsport before, they told me $2700 for the exhaust alone without taxes. What a mark up. Mopac are not out to rob you. They want your return business, and when I purchase that magnaflow for my bmw 650i it will be from Mopac

Lots of great auto parts with guys who no there business. Very helpful and prices are reasonable.
