I had an eye exam with Dr. Bains and it went great, very friendly and easy to talk to. All of the equipment seemed brand new and each eye test was thoroughly explained by him and his staff. Definitely makes you feel very comfortable about the experience. A great selection of frames as well.

Great experience with Dr Bains and his staff! Very professional and was a pleasure to deal with. Took the time to do a thorough eye exam and explained everything as he was doing the exam. Would definitely recommend him and his staff to family and friends.

This optometry charges for children's routine eye exams because they use specialized new equipment. Basic coverage with msp will cover 100% of kids eye exams at most other clinics in bc. Only a partial portion of the cost here is covered by msp. The rest I have had to pay out of pocket. ($85)
