Morgan Play Center is a dream come true for children. The variety of play structures and games ensures endless fun. The cleanliness and safety measures are commendable.

It's awesome, it can get noisy but that being said staff is good. Play centre itself is kept clean, we've had 3 birthday parties and many play dates over the years.

My child loves spending time here

I'm mixed about this place. It's cleaner than most indoor playplaces, and my child loves to play here. However, I've had some bad experiences here with other parents and their older kids. I only ever see one or two employees working at a time, and they're always playing on their phones. I don't feel that they care enough to handle any trouble makers or those who don't follow the rules (such as climbing up the slides when others are trying to slide down).

I remind the kids about safety and following the rules. Sometimes it works, most of the time it doesn't. I usually just leave. No other adult cares or is paying attention.

This place was great when we brought our two boys (4 and a half and 2 and a half). They had so much fun. We were there for 2 hours and had to drag our kida away kicking and screaming. The staff are super friendly and keep the place really clean and sanitized. They have food you can buy which were reasonably priced. There were two birthday parties while we were there and it looks like it would be great idea for my own boys. Highly recommend this place if your kids love playgrounds. Great way to spend a morning/afternoon.

Staff were so friendly, always busy keeping the place clean and despite the place being incredibly busy, food was brought out at a good time.

Our child has sensory issues when it comes to wearing socks but we let them know beforehand and the staff was more than understanding. We really appreciate that.

Definitely would recommend especially if you have a child on the spectrum. Weekends get super busy though.

It’s pretty cramped inside, no security measures for kids- anyone can walk out with whatever kid, and you have to use the bathroom without shoes.

This is a good place for a birthday party for little ones and even for kids a bit older it's small but amazing place

My oldest is 3.5 and loves climbing around and going down the slides. The toddler area is good, though a little sparse but my 10 month old enjoyed spinning the spinners and watching the other kids.

Well run. Clean. Your kids could spend a long time here being entertained and expending energy. Appreciate the toddler area for younger kids. Ridiculously busy though on a weekend — I wouldn’t recommend bringing little ones on those days because they’re sure to get trampled on.

Place gets 1 star for being clean. And 1 star for air conditioning. The staff are so rude. They are not professional and do not look like they know how to run a place filled with kids. Spend your money at a place that will value your hard earned money.

I will say the place was clean. But wow the staff are rude and seem really annoyed that they have to be there. They are not good with kids. We rented out the party area for a birthday. They had benches that were kids size. My senior parents were sitting at a table outside of the play area to eat but were told they have to move back to the party area. The area they were in were for other guests. There were more then enough empty tables, space wasn’t an issue. I feel like there is an element of discrimination at this place. Go to any other play places, this one is not run by people that appreciate your business.

What do I say. It’s such a nice clean place. Very friendly staffs. My son and my daughter had a great time today. I don’t mind driving 25 mins to come here, than going to some old places. Totally worth it. Very well maintained. Washrooms are clean. Very bright too.

Love this place! My 4 year old LOVES going to this indoor play center. The big slides are so fun, and staff are good at keeping eyes on kids who are not following rules such as climbing up the slides etc.

And the most important part is this place is SO clean. The bottom of our socks are still clean at the end of the play session. Highly recommend!

The owner was a rather rude lady. She was constantly yelling at kids and not a smile on her face at all. My kids did enjoy it but after about 20 minutes were ready to leave. Location is good and it is very clean however but customer service was not the best

Celebrated my Grandson's 5th birthday here. Adults get in free. Kids had a blast! So much fun for them. They'll all sleep well tonight. Staff set up. Staff clean up. We will definitely be back.

This children's play place in South Surrey is clean and consistent. Had two events here with no issues. Booking is a breeze. Staff are friendly and helpful. Paid the fee for a two-hour private rental and it was cleaned and sanitized before the start of our event. Table covers, plates and cutlery were provided. They will take care of the clean up at the end of your event. Staff always present by the front door to keep watch. Kids were exhausted from all the jumping and running around that you can expect a good night's sleep for both kid and parent.

Only positive thing was that the place was clean, lots of seating. We booked this place for 2 hours and when it was coming to our end time the lady had a rude attitude Behind her mask, and with all due respect she gave off negative vibes. She told us that if we were to go over the booked session time by 30 min she would charge us $100 so we rushed out of there. Would not Reccomend, play place is small and is too costly. Would not be surprised if they delete this review.

Overall it’s a good indoor playground and my child enjoyed our two hour there.

Food option is limited and it took more than half an hour for the hot dogs to be ready while “no outside food or re-entry is allowed” and children were getting cranky.

I think the little food court needs to step up if such policy is in place considering children’s patience.

Clean and organized. It’s a small indoor playground which I like because I can see my kid just from the sitting area. The staffs will correct whoever climbs on the slides which is a bonus because that prevents kids from hurting themselves. There’s not much food choices. Recommended for kids under 5.

Great place for kids to run around, staff was on-top of keeping the place clean and safe when parents weren't paying attention.

Quite possibly one of the worst in the area. Small, cramped, toilets dirty and the soft parts especially next to slide look stained and unclean. Watch out for uncontrolled bursts of anger from the owners at children standing at the bottom of the slides or climbing up - felt clear discrimination based on facts (I watched from a distance as 5 children climbed up and down slide, and went down the same slide together with just a smile from the owners who clearly knew their parents, yet when my 2 year old son did the same he was shouted at).

Give the place a miss. Trust me.

We love this play place. Always so fun for the kids, very clean, decent food, lots of seating and high chairs available. The staff are great at running it.

My only complaint would be about some of the parents who treat this like a daycare center. The ones who sit at the tables on their phones, or doing arm workout routines with ear buds in, or the ones who aren’t watching their bigger children throwing the big blocks at each other in the baby/toddler area where I had to block them multiple times from hitting my 8 month old. The staff are not responsible for your children, they are already doing enough. Please monitor your own children.
