Very poor service. They never call back with your appointment time. Twice they said they would call me back. First time took 2 weeks second time no call at all.
If they can't be trusted to call back I wouldn't trust them to get the job done. Look elsewhere.

I am BLOWN away by the epic service from Morgans glass. I own a business where we had a break in & our front door glass was shattered and the door was a bit damaged.

Called at 8: 30am for a broken window on a front door, by 9: 30 the glass was replaced and I went on with my day. I was scared of how much it might cost, but the invoice was incredibly reasonable. Ideal service, very friendly installers and the lady's at the store were amazing!

I had a very small order, a single bathroom mirror with a couple of holes for plumbing to pass through. The initial cut was not satisfactory. The holes that I ordered to be cut were a little larger than what I initially specified, because of the availability of certain sizes of hole saw blades. This resulted in some flaking that was visible with the fixture cover plates back in place.

I subsequently determined that a smaller hole with an in-stock saw bit would work, and without any fuss or questioning, a perfect replacement was made in a timely fashion at no extra charge to me.
